Wide Range of Yarns: Expertise in producing yarns ranging from Ne8/1 to Ne140/1 with various blends to meet diverse needs.
Extensive Cotton & Fiber Stock: Maintaining large stockpiles of cotton, manmade fibers, and recycled fibers, supporting the needs of our 7 spinning mills, which house over 250,000 spindles.
Cotton varieties include USA Pima, Australian, Egyptian Giza (Gold Seal certified), and Brazilian cotton.
Sustainable Fibers: Offering recycled cotton (GRS certified), polyester (GRS certified, REPREVE®), LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose, bamboo, nylon, Tencel, linen, and Ciclo.
Weaving - Speed & Efficiency
Advanced Looms: Equipped with 576 air-jet looms, capable of producing 9.2 million meters of fabric monthly.
Innovative Technology: OmniPlus-i looms from Picanol provide a 30% production boost, with loom widths ranging from 390cm to 190cm, ensuring flexibility.
Precision Equipment: Utilizing Benninger back process, Staubli drawing-in machines, 24 electronic jacquards, and 50 Dobby’s for superior preparation.
Fabric Range: Offering twills, drills, sateen, yarn-dyed fabrics, Dobby, and Jacquard fabrics.
Faisal Home Finishing Unit
Capacity: Producing 4.1 million meters of fabric monthly, with extra-wide output capabilities (up to 131 inches).
Eco-Friendly Production: Using the latest European technology for reduced water and steam consumption, including advanced bleaching systems (BENNINGER 2020 Bleaching Range) with TRIKOFLEX washing chambers.
Energy Efficiency: BEN-WASH 2020 and Simem ETP systems save up to 50% water, supporting our eco-friendly operations.
Green Energy: 100% of facilities powered by renewable energy (20.6 MW solar and 4.8 MW wind).
