"Spiritual Coercion" Colossians

False teachers were persuasive saying, "It isn't enough to know Christ; you have to know Christ and follow certain rituals, such as food, drink and religious practices. Paul counters in 2:16-19, do not cave to the persuasion of this philosophy. You have fullness and completeness in Christ (vv. 9-15); don’t sacrifice your freedom in Christ for a set of man-made rules.
