After seeing all the positive reviews, I bought 3 of them yesterday from my local gun store. 1 will go in each of two cars, and the third will conceal carry and stay on my bed stand at night.
I personally love these little pistols!! They are pretty reliable too! They run best on lead head projectiles though. I have noticed anything high power with no copper or brass jacket. Thank you for supporting our channel!! More to come for sure. If you have any requests please let us know!! We will do our best!!
I recently picked up this one and the Pmr30 both in fde finish. I love them both, and the factory triggers are good enough to keep the rest of my money in my wallet.
Ive had mine for about 300 rounds. I couln't be happier. The "compact leather" holster from Amazon ($22) fits like a glove. I also bought a $12 "loader" device from Amazon. It's a thumb saver.👍
I shoot mine every week at my LGR here in sunny Florida! I love mine so much that about four months later, I bought another one and I have not experienced any problems at all! I use only 40 grain copper clad bullets in all my 22LR guns and I do carry my P17 as my EDC! Good luck with your gun and thanks for the video!
I'm also here in FL! What holster are you using for your EDC? I was thinking of just grabbing the one from Keltec, but there are a few different options, so I'm shopping around a bit.
I just came across your channel and subscribed. I bought a P17 a couple of weeks ago and really like this little pistol. Very light weight and runs great. Very accurate also.
Thank you for supporting our channel!! I also love this little rig!! Im doing a review of the Springfield Prodigy this weekend!! Are there any items you would like to see? Feel free to make suggestions!!! Welcome to the community!!
Funny, I bought one of those because of the TH-cam videos on it, but mine will not feed a round. I have to bump the back of the slide to close it to fire. I thought I heard you say it has a 17 round magazine, it’s only 16 rounds. Sorry if I didn’t hear correctly. I called Tesla and the said ship it back but they haven’t sent a return label yet. I might drive to Coco Beach and see if they will fix it. Great video
Nice! Yours seems to have run flawlessly. Mine had a few hiccups, but I figured it out. Just needed some breaking in, I think. At first, it didn't like the copper plated rounds, but it seems to eat them fine now. I absolutely love it!
I have one and have yet shot a full magazine without a problem I have shot 300 rounds plus. I tried lead, round nose, copper round nose all ammo was high quality. The slide does seem to have drag.
Yesterday went to the range with it, i got 5 mags for this gun. The 1st round of 5 mags, i was getting stove pipes on almost every mag. Maybe 1 or 2 per mag. The 2nd round of 5 mags it fired off all 5 mags with NO issues, all rounds fired and ejected The 3rd round of 5 mags, 1 stove pipe every mag. All with the same CCI Mini mags, so while its a great gun to shoot, light weight, cheap ammo, it does have hicups here and there. Grand question, is it the gun or random issues with the ammo ...
Well ive noticed with mine of i leace the mags loaded too long ot will malfunction. Maybe due to the springs in the mags being cimpressed too long (months). But with that being said rimfire ammo is notoriously inconsistent as well. Hard to tell. But i have noticed it can be magazine problems as well. Thank you for supporting our channel it means alot to us!!
Its funny before I used to carry 1911 pistol 10mm auto and 22 lr pistol for backup, now I carry 2 keltec p17 22 lr pistol has my primary hangun and 1911 pistol 10mm as a backup, he,he.. Lol.
Probably 15 yards or so. Pretty close. Im no professional. Thats why i do reviews of these otems from the average persons point of view. Thank you so much for supporting our channel. I appreciate you so much!!

@@TheRealProvingGrounds well Sir, I’m a fan of revolvers. I particularly like 22lr. The ammo is available and it’s very economical to shoot. Cheers!

It really is a fun inexpensive thing to use!!
Have you thought of supressing it?
After about 13 rounds that loader comes in handy.
@@TheRealProvingGrounds No. Gas ports are on both sides. It kicks backs too much gas.

Try dissasembling it and scrub it with solvent. Then use Rem-Oil to re-lubricate it.

See in mine the brass plated rounds would throw shard at me. Thank you for supporting our channel. !!
It is so worth the money that I now have 7 16-round mags for each of my 2 P-17 Pistols.
Yes, that is 14 mags. Happy Shooting, Stay Free and Stay Safe.
Oh yeah, I also have the factory red dot slide from Kel-Tec. Worth it? Heck yeah!
Love this little pistol so much!!
Thank you for supporting our channel!!
Just shot some CCI 40 grain sub sonics 50rds with no issues.

Try 3 in 1 oil!! Thank you for supporting our channel!!
Lube it up.nMine runs great with CCI.
Definitely clean rails with a brass bush and oil . If you’re still having issues they have a really good warranty.
Bad ass

I made the mistake of buying a Sig P322. It's $400 paper weight.
