    these videos are great. Thank you so much for putting them together. I seem to lose the thread in the needle and have to rethread again. any tips to avoid that constantly happening?

    One problem I have with satin stitch is when the shape is too big for a single stitch to be secure, so you're supposed to go partway and then overlap so it is still smooth. Can you go into that?
