Hi, these meals do look delicious and I will 100% try them. However if I may offer some unsolicited advice as someone who has lost a lot of weight: I think the moralization of food in "good" vs "bad" with calling some foods a "sin" and then talking about being "guilty" for eating them or "not-guilty" is one of the main reason so many people struggle with normal eating habits. I know it was for me. And videos that used language like "feeling guilty" or "guilt-free" such are very much responsible for creating this narrative of sin, shame and purity around food. I mean how on earth did we come to think that eating things that bring us moments of joy or even foods that entire industries spend billions of dollars on making as delicious as possible, is somehow a negative reflection of our characters? It's our bodies! Why do we feel bad for prioritizing our mental health over our physical health, especially if it's just momentarily? And even if we'd like to prioritize physical health more in the future, why on earth is that a moral issue that requires language like "guilt"? Look, I get that we all saw this language growing up and internalized it. I do catch myself as well thinking like this at times. But please remember, that the moment you start creating content you're creating the narratives we all watch and that's a special responsibility, so ironically imo you have to hold yourself to a higher moral standard than the average non-content-creating person. So while I did really enjoy your narration style as well as your recipes (again, they look really delicious), I won't be coming back to your channel I'm afraid, bc it took me a very long time to normalize my relationship with food, so I try to avoid channels that promote the moralization of eating.

I totally agree with you and very sorry if I offended you. That was not the intention. I was actually trying to show that food that so many people see as guilt food is actually okay to eat and not so bad as many people think. I hope you come back and watch future videos and thank you for watching 😊
