It’s to help dry areas in the fur, e.g. when they have a drink and all that water comes out of there mouth it goes in the fur underneath. I’m not very good at explaining so I hope this helped

Never shave a Chow because it changes physiological effects kidney function, heart problems and host of other problems

Just put a little dog conditioner in a spray bottle and fill the rest with water, its all you need

Its potato flour, it takes moisture out of coat. When its dry just brush it out
