Nice project Jerry. I have found that using a regular metal file for trimming and smoothing the edges of PVC works great. Very controllable to work with as well. Cuts very fast. Makes quick work of forming PVC. I start with a medium cut and switch to a fine cut for finishing edges and corners, like the reel foot slot on the pipe. Sandpaper on a block gives you pretty much the same effect, but the files last forever, and never wear out needing replacement. All of your videos are very helpful. I am unable to pass up a dollar store. Always looking for new stuff to create "special project" hacks for fishing and my other outdoor adventures. Makes retirement a lot of fun and keeps me off the streets. 😁
