Frantic , I love your videos and every build you done. Your the only one that does stormworks build and rescue videos every day and they are the best too! Get rid of the electric charger and connect the charging anchor directly into your battery in the small boat the electric charger charges the batteries very slowly and is not intended for what you are doing.... It's to fully discharge battery (A) into battery (B)
Loved the video Frantic! Would love to see you put the smaller boat through it's paces in career mode and see you make some necessary changes to the design as well as add some doors to the engine room, preferably the hatches. Also, use the smaller pumps when you get to building the bilge pumps, the 1×3 pumps, that way you can save on money and you still have your pumps at the ready.

You should add a small door in the back to keep the rescue boat inside so it doesn't slide off the track.
For one of the small rooms you could do a sonar room, and have a rescue beacon locator in there as well ll basically for the radar you could find one on the workshop or use a laser that measures distance to the sea floor and distance on each side, I know this is similar to my previous comment but I feel like for single player operating it would be useful to have a room where you could have radar especially for the missing ship missions I mean this is probably like almost a million dollars for this thing at this point so why not give it all the luxuries you expect for such a high price tag
So the chargers charge the batteries slowly, and the motor on your boat was on so add a clamp to make sure the motor doesn’t go in reverse and use a gearbox instead.

You could luft it out normally but if your feeling fancy you could have the foor holding the boat lift up
Hello Frantic, you should use a mag all because its then easier to connect your boat.
Frantic you should make a speed boat with a wakeboard ate the back connected to the boat by rope and it will have fins on it to stabilize it
To carge the little ship, you need a elektric carger

I think you need a button to toggle the connection, you may also need a battery charger (though that block confuses me, it only charges from one battery to another until their charge is equal so it doesn't really charge them the way you'd expect. I use it on my backup system so I can flip a breaker and at least partially refill my main battery). I'm just spitballing though, I've never tried to use the new connectors to hook up one object to another like this, so I'm interested to see what solution you find.

Frantic, to charge things, you need to connect a electrical cable anchor to a charger, then connect the charger to the battery/batteries

Yeah, you should do what you said and connect the boat via connecter and you should put a button in the rescue boat so you can disconnect it from inside but you should leave the track there Oh yea and you should make it where after the boat gets in the back u can click a button on the ship that drains all of the water out of the back and also I love all of your videos. Oh, yea sorry for this post being so long but u should also put a floating bed that you can pull behind the rescue boat for dead people. thanks, frantic for all of the great content.
A new vehicle for you to try out for me frantic, Is a hydrofoil. New variants will be coming out soon but this one specifically is designed For SAR, personnel transport, and fire fighting. Specific Fire fighting, EMS, military, and Rescue variants will come out, along with Cargo, Luxury, Production unit, and Research, like a mobile weather station, Antarctic transport, etc.
It should be ready for you to test out in the next week. The vehicle in question is a WIP on the workshop under the tag, HF70ACe

Make a moon pool in the big ship and put diving equipment and your midget sub in there for underwater exploration
There is an electrical charger that limits power flow to one direction. Put it between your charge port and generator, otherwise your main ship will draw power from your dingy and your dingy won't recharge until main battery exceeds dingy battery level.
use 2 small winches to wheel in the ropes to hold the serch boat

Frantic, why don’t you make into a type of dry dock, so you drive in door shuts on back then pump water out
A giant custom door would look kinda weird, plus it is not sealed from all sides so the water cant be pumped out

Frantic why dont you add a electric connector on the bow of you small boat and one on the back of your ship so everytime you drive in the dock it attaches, secures and recharges your small boat?

Don't add a bed to the boat, for your helicopter you should make it be a water landing capable chopper with medical beds and medical equipment.
Why put a generator in there when you can just attach a whole bunch of solar panels and generators all over the place

The track might be too low to connect to tiny boat raise it up by one and can you make a shower room in the empty rooms near bedrooms
Press F to move to taget block. Then you wont need to scroll or "fly" to where you are building
If you have the electricial connector in the front then you wouldn’t need the brakes.
Why dont you just spawn the small boat in the big boat in the workbench
