If a man goes out, meets a girl, chats her up by offering her the sun moon and stars, then the following morning after he's had the sex he was after, tells her, he's no longer interested. Has he raped her.... No. But he has definitely sexually violated her. When the young girl left Paddy Jacksons house they knew she was in a severely distressed state, and all they done was laughed at her, which was reprehensible. It was in that moment that she realised she had been sexually violated. Unfortunately there's no law protecting her against that. All she had to fall back on was rape. When we think of rape we interpret that as by force and/or violence. But there is a much more sinister way to rape a girl that we don't acknowledge and that is by degrading her after the act has taken place. This is the manner in which the rugby stars raped that girl.

No when a 19 year old is black out drunk and two men rape her and another watches and wanks off and she is seen crying in the taxi by the taxi man and her vagina is torn and the defendants then photoshop the blood off of the photos of the bedsheets and have messages revealing their thoughts in regards to how they treat women and you think any 19 year old girl would consent to that. She was raped there’s no metal loopholes about it
