    I must be so susceptible to hypnosis (I’ve heard some people aren’t) this has literally from one night of listening stopped unhealthy habits, I’m three nights in now, and during the day, I choose healthier options, and for the first time ever instead of reaching for food when I got upset, I went out for a run instead…. I cannot thank Michael enough. This stuff is Magic. I think belief has a lot to do with it also though, I have been listening to Michael for years and I’ve never once thought about it not working. It works wonders for me.
    I had to come back go this to listen to during the day because I was so intrigued on what he must be saying to make me be making so many different changes in my day when it comes to food. I am constantly amazed by Michael. Literal God send.

    Keep it up 🔥💯Life style changes is key to weight loss with both mental and physical health improvements. Now having lost 50kg/ 100lbs in 5 months I am starting to feel a lot more like myself. Still on my journey and happy about it. Water fasting played a big part in my weight loss

      Yes please. With depression and anxiety all consuming, my motivation for a clutter free cosy home has disappeared. It is confronting and has become debilitating to the extreme. So overwhelmed. So sad and broken at my inability to confront the simplest tasks.

    Michael, you changed my life. Your hypnosis is the reason I'm not suicidal after 25 years of ptsd depression. You taught me to keep what I want in my energy sphere and get rid of anything I don't want. It's supposed to be for weight loss, but you took power away from my attacker. Thank you.

    Honestly, I would never believed this to work. I started listening just to prove it would not. I usually fall asleep before he would even speak of the anything involving weight lost. But while wife awake I listened and noticed I have been doing what he says, subconsciously. I've literally dropped about 36lbs. This is insane. Thank you my good man.

    I love this sleep hypnosis. I'm finding that I crave less junk food. I have lost 5lbs since I started listening to this every night so far for 2 weeks. I am almost not even interested in foods that are unhealthy. Amazing!

    Started listening to this every night. First morning, my body and mind "betrayed me" with uncontrollable cravings and I ate pizza and cheesecake. Second day, I felt strong enough to delete my take out apps and implemented plans and strategies for healthy meal prep, I also worked out a bit harder than usual. Third day, started Intermittent fasting. This really works! Thank you for all you do Michael! You are helping so many people!

      Omggg it’s the same for me, the first night after listening to the vid I had really bad cravings the next morning. However the next few days as I continue to listen before I go to sleep I had this feeling in me that I have never felt before it made me feel so good about myself and I felt that I could do anything, I was so motivated in school in working out. These vid really helped me stop binged eating!!
      There’s no harm trying guys I’m really glad I gave this a try

      I lost 10 kilos in 2 months with hypno I stopped smoking with hypno - after injuries I gained a lot of weight again so I’m here for weight loss hypno againBECAUSE IT WORKS -
      But no one can tell you how long the effects last - many hypnotherapists would recommend that once your goal is reached you still listen occasionally to reprogram your subconscious again.

    This hypnosis on weight loss has helped me so much. Thank you so much. I usually have a glass or two or three glasses of wine to help me relax. Now I just take a nice hot bath and listen to your video. I wish to hear a video on alcohol abuse and on codependency for it’s something about what you say that penetrates the heart. I want that heartfelt speaking to help some alcoholics and drug addicted individuals and those of us who are either codependent or have narcissistic people or users or takers in our live that drain our energy.     I've struggled with sugar intake for as long as i can remember.. 2-3 heaped teaspoons in my tea. For over a week now, I've managed to go sugar-free in my hot drinks and enjoy it. This is a huge change for me and happend around 3 days of listening. Ive tried for years to reduce sugar and nothing has worked until now. Thank you 😊

      @@laurenknauer3981 Hey, sorry about the late reply. I did a keto, intermittent fasting diet. I was losing about 15 pounds a month with little to no exercise, but, keep in mind, everybody's body acts differently so it may not work for you. I eliminated my carbs, including sugar, as close to zero as possible. Every day, I would drink a cup of black coffee in the morning, drink water throughout the day (around 6-8 bottles daily), and eat one meal for dinner. To feel like I was more full, I would eat a lot of protein (meats like chicken, beef, and pork), while also having some sort of vegetable on the side (usually cauliflower and broccoli). Before I lost any weight, I was dealing with anxiety, social anxiety, and depression, which were caused by deep rooted issues that I've had for about 8-9 years. Before I began losing weight, I felt like I was robbed out of many happy experiences and opportunities, and I figured out that my weight problems were at the core of my insecurities, anxiety, and depression (being bullied about my weight in middle school etc.). I was pretty much backed into a corner, and felt like weight loss was the only way out for my own mental well being. I won't lie to you, the first two months were very difficult. However, even on the most difficult days, I knew that I was getting further away from a terrible past, and finally making progress towards a future and present I could be happy and proud of. Since I lost those 90 pounds, I can happily say that I no longer have anxiety and depression. Having all that weight off my shoulders is all the motivation I need to make sure to keep my weight in check.       I wish I could've had the same strength and will power you did, A year ago did keto and IF, at the time I did lose 50lb but I couldn't take it anymore with restricting carbs and I binged. I gained back those 50lb plus some. Now idk how to start 😢

    I’ve been listening to a week or so now. I always fall asleep very quickly after the “open your eyes” part. I don’t think I’ve lost any weight this quickly, but I’ve been able to resist temptation a lot better when it comes to snacking since starting with this sleep hypnosis. I went for snacks, looked at it and thought “you know what, I don’t need this now”, closed the cupboard and walked away.

      @@thetgwarrior I kinda have to keep food in my house. I have never been one to keep around sweets or salty snacks like crisps (I would eat them, they would not survive staying in cupboards for long, so generally speaking I don't buy them at all). My snack would usually be bread or yoghurt or nuts etc., all things I have around for breakfast and/or cooking.

    Ok first of all everyone this works and just to note I fall asleep every time I listen. It’s been about the 4th day and it actually started working after the 1st listen. I don’t know if I lost weight but I certainly lost my appetite. I have to remind myself to eat. Only issue is that because I don’t feel like eating during the day I may end up eating at night but that will be an easy fix. I am hoping this sticks and I will permanently start to eat to live (ie eat because I know I need the nutrients) and not live to eat. I will continue listening. I wish you all the best on your journey. Thanks Michael for the effort you put into these videos it is much appreciated.

    I am grateful for a recording about eating. I know this is for weight loss but,for me - with doctors saying “eat this, not that” - I was surprised by my lack of interest in forbidden foods while in the grocery. I’ve only heard this three times & the powerful message is ingrained! Eating correctly keeps my electrolytes balanced & body functioning higher level, making exercise easier & mood better. Excellent!

    I always end up falling asleep to this and waking up later in the recording. Once I woke in a half asleep state and heard him saying goodnight, goodnight, goodnight and it was so calming and I felt protected

    Last night was the first time listening to it and I woke up and I folded my laundry for the first time in a month. Something feels different and told my friend to see if she notices a change. I am skeptical but I do know that it works since I’ve avoided it my entire life. Can’t wait to see how it goes in a month and a year from now.

    Ive listened to this once, and during the morning, I noticed a slight attitude change when I went to the kitchen to make breakfast. This is only after one listen. I've listened to other tracks by Michael and those have also worked. These are amazing!!

    Micheal, I started my change of lifestyle using your original weight loss and a few other binaural tracks to go along and just now I woke up in need of a new one to take me back to sleep and there you were, once again keeping me from getting off the golden path towards becoming the best possible me. TY for knowing your viewers well enough to consistently satisfy our need to hear just the right words from a VERY familiar, supportive, and soothing voice.
    Update.. one month later, I have lost 18 lbs !!

      @d B Thank You! It is not as easy as it used to be to keep off the extra weight, now in my 30s. I actually do it opposite, I wake up early and go back to sleep for a two or three hour nap, and that is when I find it most useful. I used this hypnosis and set up a metabolism increasing binaural beat track to play until it is time to get up. Everyday, with a few exceptions, lol. I suggest for everyone to try adding a binaural beat track, ( Good Vibes is the best u have found) that matches with one of Michael's hypnosis. It is a sincere form of magic that always is victorious over life's many challenges of daily stresses and pains.

    I've been struggling with motivation due to problems at home and at work. I feel like I let myself go more than ever yet I haven't been able to build up the motivation to stick to the plan. Every day I say I'm gonna do better and it ends up being the next day. Thanks to this I felt a new surge of motivation and a better outlook. This is day two! I will update.

    This sleep hypnosis works so well! Every time I’m getting off track with my eating and/or workout routine, I listen to this and get right back to it! I don’t eat excessively, crave healthy foods, and when I try to eat junk food it literally makes me feel nauseous.

    Wondering if you might consider doing a meditation on visualizing complete wellness? Most all videos others created focus on getting well which is in itself a focus on illness. I'd love a long play meditation on visualizing complete wellness, the light and energy in every cell, the miraculous nature of the human body to constantly right itself, heal itself... visions of peace and wellness. ❤

    I've downloaded 3 hypnosis to listen to all night with this being the last. I used to boredom eat all the time, but now I have nearly no cravings. I've been able to get back into Intermittent fasting with one meal in the evening on non training days.

    I want to thank you Michael. I suffer from disordered eating and have been listening to your recording every night for the past fortnight and I’ve lost 1.9kg in that time.
    For once in my life I feel like I’ve come to the point where I can achieve healthy, slow and steady weight loss without resorting to drastic plans and fads. I go to the gym every day and when I eat I don’t feel guilt or shame. I haven’t had the urge to snack on anything pointless for the last two weeks and when I have felt like snacking I’ve easily chosen a piece of fruit and some peanut butter or a handful of nuts rather than feeling the need to gorge myself and binge on anything sweet. I’ve stopped and got the kids potato cakes without getting one for myself. We’ve had take away and I’ve cooked for myself. I’ve been through the drive through and refused to get a coffee. I feel empowered and I never even stay awake past “open your eyes” 😂
    From someone who has a serious problem mentally around food I am really impressed. Unless someone else has binge eating disorder I don’t think they can fully appreciate what a huge feat this is and how shocked I am that simply falling asleep listening to your soothing voice can overcome a battle I’ve fought with myself for 20 years.

    Also I would love to be able to purchase this as an MP3 but I can’t seem to locate it in the store. Are you able to offer any assistance on where I might find it? The only thing I don’t like is falling asleep with my phone on TH-cam in the bed.
