It COULDN'T be Uncle because RATTING would be too much work for him. He is just there sleeping, drinking and living like a leach on everyone's back. 😂😂
Nobody replays chapter 1 so it's easy to miss but there is dialog where questions are asked about Pearson. He wasn't at camp immediately after the blackwater job and was apparently unable to pack any food before they left even though his only responsibility is food.
Firstly, how could he be a pinkerton agent if he was an outlaw 🤦♂️, and they might have picked him up and threatened or tortured him to talk and he did Secondly, if the game says he got picked up when they came back from the carribean, then that's what happened
Micah was no pinkerton i mean they almost hung him within the first 2 chapters of the game he was lowkey crazy. Micah was out for survival he states whether he be disloyal or not. The best contenders are the people who arent talked about like the girls of the camp tilly mary and so on straus and maybe even bill. Bill is the most quiet in the camp. And it honestly couldve been uncle since he would do anything to survive and protect those he loved which would include arthur the marstons hosea and pearson i dont think he had much of an attachment with others mostly except for the girls...
All fingers point at Micah. I think he didn't like how Dutch was running things with the money from Blackwater, cause he keeps on saying throughout the game when are we going back to Blackwater, so he probably decided once Dutch was arrested and out of the picture he could go and get the money and keep it all for himself.
Well there are four things that disprove that, 1. He has a family, which is why he disappears. 2. Trelawney had a specific job that allowed him to come and go as he pleased. 3. He has actual care for the gang members. 4. Why would a Pinkerton rat organize all those robberies and thefts, and have no Pinkertons show up?
@@SunnyGaming3710 1. That can be taken as motivation instead of an excuse 2. Being able to come and go as one pleases is NOT an admission of innocence, if anything, it's MORE suspicious as it leaves you open to do business out of the sight> 3. Betrayal does not have to come willingly 4. For the same reason why undercover police officers take part in robberies, murder and blackmail
Micah is responsible for: The Pinkertons finding Arthur while he was fishing The second train heist All the camp locations Arthur being captured by the O'Driscols (Micah pushed for the peace mission) The Trolly heist The Saint Denis Bank heist
He can’t be. If you ignore the Micah mission in West Elizabeth - it is actually possible that Micah returns to the camp halfway through chap3. So he weren’t even there for some players
It was definitely Abigail lol throughout the whole game shes clearly fed up with the gang lifestyle and wanted to get john and jack out of it and start over either that or micah was giving out their info to odriscoll like you said thats a good posibility too
I believe that micah was with the pinkertons from the start. I think the pinkertons ask micah to join the gang and gain Dutch's true. That would explain Blackwater and as for the meet up with the O'Driscolls. Micah could have easily told Colm to capture Arther and hand him over to the pinkertons, for the right price of course.
I’ve played this game multiple time and in each one of my Playthroughs something new jumps out at me in my personal opinion I think that Micah is one of the Pinkerton agents he’s just playing both sides either that or he’s wanting to take the place of Dutch And become the leader of the gang by taking out the high ranking members so there Won’t be anybody to take the place of the Dutch but him. Just an idea
Molly admitted to being a rat but she may just have been wanting to get killed as a way out because she was heartbroken over Dutch and people take alot of stock in what the pinkerton says
@lucasgaming/vlogs u clearly don't watch the whole playthrough, the Pinkertons already sweated her couple of times but never talk a word, they had to let her go
Micah was the only rat I think at his strawberry camp u can search the ground and find a wanted poster of Dutch explains why he is always close with him and he always had the idea of "letting the weak go"
I've been giving this some thought and I wonder if Dutch is theactual Ray. Think about it. He knew milton and ross' names, every score he set up was ambushed. They couldn't catch him. I wonder if he was a secret informer kind of like whitey bulger was. Through history there are cases where the later informed on his gang. And that could be why he was always stressed and driven insane. Maybe they promised him his freedom for the others. And he saidin chapter 5 while walking through the cave maybe this is going to plan for someone else and he managed to get away every time and how did Ross know Micah was dead on Mount shann I think they sent him there to kill or capture Micah and John got in the way. I Think that's why he gave john that dirty look at the end
I never like micah but it didn't seem like his character to rat out because he was still robbing and killing I think mr millton was just lying I think Abigail was the one who ratted in exchange to have John and jack out safely
All I'm going to say is listen very carefully to what Lenny tells them when he returns to the gang when Micah was locked up Strawberry. And who is usually on Guard Duty when the Pinkertons show up. As for the train robbery, I think the whistle blasts when the train stopped was a warning alarm in itself. But there is good evidence pointing to Abby
As for Marston coming out of of Saint Denis alive? I think Marston is just lucky. He's dumb, sure. But he smart when it's needed. As for the other rat, considering what I said above, I think Micah is the rat. That's why he seems to be a loner and changing gangs frequently because he's had to keep his lies straight. And when it seems like something might go down, he needs an option B as an escape route. Hence, the two new guys he brings in towards the end of the game.
Yeah that piece of shit. Thats why the mission where you meet up with Bill and Micah at the pigman house to steel the the dynamite i think, i stand just outside of the yellow spot on the map facing the front of the house and get my bow with a flaming arrow and aim just above Michas head and sometimes the arrow will drop a little lower than the white dot and hit him and light his ass on fire and he falls over and starts yelling and running around then he says " it takes more than that to keep me down" jumps on his horse and takes off. Same with Bill but i stand west of the house and aim. Bill's is actually funnier, he falls over and screams like a bitch, starts running around then yells " they got me" and takes off. It was awsome. Everytime they would come back i would do it again.
@@johnaduranjr Thanks dude I am in chapter 3 (third playthrought) In chapter, in mission ,,An american pastoral scene" Where you goes to rob a stagecoach, where you got a lancaster, you can run off Micha with horse I am not english,Hungarian Goodbye
so the odds of there being multiple rats that milton wouldn’t obviously brag about isnt likely. the gang drudged up trouble wherever they went and they weren’t particularly quiet about their plans whenever they were in town. plus arthur has a huge bounty on his head and he’s out in the world helping (or hurting) everyone and telling everyone his name. eventually word gets around.
I think it was Bill. Think about it. When Bill, Uncle, Arthur, and Charles try to rob a Cornwall wagon, but its heavily guarded. So they hide in a barn. When Cornwall's men come to the barn, Bill alerts them by knocking over a bucket, making them know that they are indeed hiding in the barn. Before the wagon, there's the train with John, Arthur, Charles, and Sean. The gang knows about the job. Bill tells the Pinkertons about it and tries to get them caught. Before all of this there is the first train job. Bill is in charge of the dynamite. Arthur helps him by spooling the wire. Either Arthur or Bill did something wrong. Bill probably messed with the wire in the end so that they wouldn't get anything from the train.
NSavage Beast ok I thought that line was when he was shooting someone and Charles was mocking him good point in that case but bill made his own gang in rdr1 so maybe not
I have to point out that the first time Arthur encounters Milton and Ross, he had been fishing with Jack, after Abigail asked him to take him. So either M&R just happened to come across A&J because they had been scouting the area, or they had been told to look for a man and a boy fishing. The strange thing is, Milton adresses Arthur certain that it's him, eventhough Arthur has never met him before.
The pinkertons found shady belle because they followed bill after he was asking everyone in town about the gang ,Arther even commented about it when the gunfight breaks out saying "asked everyone Bill"
OK this may sound crazy but what about Tilly Jackson? Of all the gang members, she is the only one who never seemed too concerned about it as things fell apart. She was never on any of the missions that were compromised. At the end of chapter 6 she makes off with a huge sum of money from the last train robbery plus all of Arthur's money and she clearly didn't share it with John and Abigail. The guy from her old gang warned that Tilly would eventually betray them too. Was he just bitter or was he prophetic?
It couldn’t have been Micah who tipped off the law about the train, not just because of what Agent Milton said, but also because he was in jail in Strawberry during the planning of the train robbery
Micah might’ve tipped off the law and helped the pinkertons after guarma since the pinkertons are not directly related to the law Sorry if this seems confusing but I hope u get my point
This is what I always assumed. If you go to his strawberry camp hes got a bounty poster for Dutch. I think we can infer the ferry job was him walking them into a trap as well. Hoping for some prequel prequel dlc
"Do I look like a guy with a plan?"-Joker(The Dark Knight) Anyone else get Joker vibes from Micah? I honestly believe Micah was a rat for the most part. Not just to the Pinkertons, but also to Colm and to Cornwall throughout the story. He always had a twisted vision of how the gang should prosper, by being savages and murderers. He may not have had a grand plan or scheme of things like Dutch did, but he certainly was very impulsive and knew what he wanted, by means of eliminating people who got in his way.
Abigail (I think) loves Arthur, Her son seems to enjoy the rest of the Gang, She also gets kidnapped by Rose in Chapter 6, and She seems the least likely to have rated out the Gang. What about Kieran? He has no love of the O'Driscolls, and he could have resented Dutch, and the rest of the Gang of "napped" him up in the first place. Plue, How do we know if Kieran is really a Pinkerton?
The micah ratt thing... Did he ratt for money, or did he get caught in miltons hands and just act like a coward spreding informations in extange for hes own life?
I know the discussion is over but I still wanted to say that it could also be Mary-Beth she was the one who found out about the train in the first place but she seems so nice which is probably why no one suspects her but that could also be why she would have done it because she realizes that the gang she's riding with is turning into even worse people and she wants to stop them from hurting anyone else.
I think Mac Callendar was a rat because he was always on the hootch or Agent Milton made him talk before he killed him or Sean because Sean wad captured and on the train job he was complaining about not being in all the action
That abigail theory with john being the only one arrested and not killed made me WOW because it is something I never thought about and it’s just something that actually CAN be true. But you missed something here. You missed the fact that abigail “slipped away” when they got hosea.
I think its Abigail only for the fact she didn't warn Arthur as he entered the building and Milton hiding in that other room. I guess thats why Sadie is faceing the wall, so she cannot somehow tell arthur about Milton (maybe with her eyes or so). If you watch Abigails reaction as Milton appeared behind Arthur, she didn't look surprised at all she event didn't look at him. Btw Abigail is the only one with a child and i guess she was desperate and wanted only the best for him, what means surviving. And how did she even escape the saint denis robbery? Hosea got cought but she wasn't? John was the only one who wasn't killed but put in Jail, thats a bit odd.
I think it was Micah all along anonymously until after Guarma because he only tried to get Arthur out of the way so he could turn in Dutch for the bounty knowing full well that as long as Arthur is alive he would never collect the bounty
Wasn't the train job John's idea? It's really hard to believe for me that Abigail would delibratly put John at risk, since that was supposedly a tip not a deal, unlike what seems to be the case in the bank job. The law seemed to not really know who they are dealing with. The newspaper also doesn't pin it on Dutch's gang. Unlike any other situation where the gang gets in trouble, where they are being called out by name. Whether it's Colm, Cornwall or the Pinkertons. In fact, it's fair to assume Colm figured out it was Dutch who robed the train and tiped of Cornwall. Micah causing all the trouble in strawberry could easilly help pinkertons track them to the first camp location. In chapter 3 you cause so much trouble medeling with the fude it again makes sense why you were found. At the house camp Colm captured Kiren. Fairy job might've been a stick up just like the stage coach job with Lenny. At the end of the day it was Dutch's reclesness that got them into all the trouble. Abigail just took an opportunity when she saw it to make a deal and considering that the law had no idea who they are dealing with at the train job, Sean was not ment to be part of the action. Yet he put himself in it, was eager to "slit some throats." And when you loot the bagage cart he's really trying to rush you. Maybe he gave the tip cause he wanted to see some action. He was afully quiet for a chatty kid when John was discussing with Arthur whether that could've been a set up. Which honestly it could've been. I don't remember how John got all the info on the train but someone might've sold him info and tip the law. I really don't think there ever was actually a rat in the gang.
All the heists kept going wrong because Micah went psycho and crazy that’s why whenever Micah wasn’t involved with specific missions the mission went smooth
In the mission where you take Uncle and the women into town, they were told to sniff around for leads, I think she got it in town because she mentions it in the mission.
Everything points to another Rat in the gang. They even go so far as to foreshadow it through out the game several times. Abagail is the Rat. She told the law about the train robbery with Jon as at the time she hated Jon for rejecting the boy. Around this same time she requests Arthur take Jack fishing because Jon is still being distant at this point. Abagail is the other Rat and there is nothing a mother wont do for her child.
It’s not Abby. Here’s the thing. She wants to be safe with her kid - and John. But I don’t think she would rat them out because she is a prisoner of theirs in RDR1 - if she was a rat, she’d have a relationship there. Micah is a guy with lots of “out of the gang” connections. He is an antagonist in the first mission (although I don’t think he was working with the O’Driscoll’s then), and never takes a step towards anything other than taking care of himself.
Jared Cole well I mean he said “And it’s not who you think it is” so I would have thought “wow that’s kinda surprising so tbh it could have been Dutch or Bill And it could have been Bill because he was one of the ones who complained so maybe he wanted to get back at Dutch for not showing him the compassion Bill wanted.
Bill is an idiot. Always is. Simple guy all the way through both games. He isn’t a rat. He is a kid that nurses on Dutch. But.....Lenny.....hmmmm....that’s a different story.
@@rebeccaspasiano5845 Dutch being the rat makes no sense at all. It's his own gang lmfao. Milton even said they weren't interested in the rest of the gang, only Dutch
Remember that in the Saint Denis bank job, abigail was alsow not captured by the pinkertons but hosea was well. They said that she was abke to slip away. I think they just let abigail go cause she may be the rat.
Also there Small possibility of filly Jackson at some point. Also note that Micha kills or makes it so that all that took Arthur side killed or they died some point in the story. Also Micha looks like odriscall as Wells.
Thanks for crediting me, but some advice. You credited me for the post, but you also directly quoted me a few times without credit. Personally, I don't really care, but others might, just for future reference.
I think there was only one rat, and it was always called Micah. Micah manipulated Dutch when he was back in the gang camp and knew what Dutch was up to. Through his deal with the Pinkertons, it was easy for Micah to keep the Pinkertons informed at all times, because Dutch trusted him more than Arthur. Maybe because Dutch knew Arthur had TBC, so Micah was the "stronger" / more trustworthy.
It could have still been Micha. Remember he only started sniching to the Pinkertons after Gurma but it wasn't the Pinkertons who he would have tiped off about the train robbery
When you rob the stage coach in chapter 2 with Micah, the O’Driscolls show up, maybe Micah was trying to get arthur killed so he gave the o’driscolls are tip off
What if Micah was a O’driscol and they had all planned it out,so he might have joined Dutch’s group on purpose to get information about where they are,but when comell gets hanged he sides with the Pinkerton instead.
@@RBG_-pn6dn Actually, both objections are covered. Milton "captured" Abigail after John was broken out of prison because (a) she had broken their deal by springing John and/or (b) he wanted her in protective custody when the final bloodbath happened. And she shot him because (a) he could very well have tipped Arthur or Sadie that she was the one, and (b) she certainly didn't want to be a prisoner. What she WANTED (besides Jack and if possible John) was the gang's money. Why else did she steal Dutch's key? And she could only get it if she was with the gang.
Hey mr boss for the win I love your channel and have been trying some new experiment out on the game is it possible you could see what happens if you follow the professor and the criminal after you capture him This takes place in the mission with the electric chair
Wait Dutch sent Micah and John scouting up ahead,John was lost in the storm and Micah found the cabin then was going to go back to tell dutch about the cabin, usually when Micah is betraying the gang he is not apart of the team because he knows he might get shoot
Within the game I believe in chapter 2 in the heartlands I think, but in the camp close to the cliff is Dutches Line notes, and the notes is what he says in the beginning of the game when they lost a member of the gang

ik milton says they picked up micah after guarma but i personally think that he was a pinkerton from the start
Firstly, how could he be a pinkerton agent if he was an outlaw 🤦♂️, and they might have picked him up and threatened or tortured him to talk and he did
Secondly, if the game says he got picked up when they came back from the carribean, then that's what happened
How could he be a fucking Pinkerton if he literally slaughtered an entire fucking town?
UndeaddGaming think about , micah says over and over "i am a survivor" micah played both sides (pinkertons and van der linde gang) since the jump
I'm no Guineas on the laws of 1899 but I don't think a man that commits genocide could be a Pinkerton
Made me laugh how over confident Milton was that he'd kill Arthur
I mean if it is Abigail it makes sense how she slipped away. Somehow. And she told John not to go after Miche bell in the end of the story

@@fatlacesthedon Maybe but its just an opinion a theory so this could be wrong.
All fingers point at Micah. I think he didn't like how Dutch was running things with the money from Blackwater, cause he keeps on saying throughout the game when are we going back to Blackwater, so he probably decided once Dutch was arrested and out of the picture he could go and get the money and keep it all for himself.
I think the other rat was Trelawny because he's always travelling, and Arthur mentions that he can't stop talking.
@@SunnyGaming3710
1. That can be taken as motivation instead of an excuse
2. Being able to come and go as one pleases is NOT an admission of innocence, if anything, it's MORE suspicious as it leaves you open to do business out of the sight>
3. Betrayal does not have to come willingly
4. For the same reason why undercover police officers take part in robberies, murder and blackmail

The Pinkertons finding Arthur while he was fishing
The second train heist

It was definitely Abigail lol throughout the whole game shes clearly fed up with the gang lifestyle and wanted to get john and jack out of it and start over either that or micah was giving out their info to odriscoll like you said thats a good posibility too
I believe that micah was with the pinkertons from the start. I think the pinkertons ask micah to join the gang and gain Dutch's true. That would explain Blackwater and as for the meet up with the O'Driscolls. Micah could have easily told Colm to capture Arther and hand him over to the pinkertons, for the right price of course.
Micha set up a meeting with odriscols not the pinkertons

I see where your coming from but why would Dutch form his gang of brother and sisters just to snitch on them and throw it away?
All I'm going to say is listen very carefully to what Lenny tells them when he returns to the gang when Micah was locked up Strawberry. And who is usually on Guard Duty when the Pinkertons show up. As for the train robbery, I think the whistle blasts when the train stopped was a warning alarm in itself. But there is good evidence pointing to Abby
U saying my boy lenny did it
Ha found you Lenny
One of the newspapers stated that the authorities were warned,
While in jail Micah could have organised it and ratted in jail notice in the sheriff's office there were 3 lawman with repeaters
You dare bring lenneh into the possible rat section.
In chapter 5 Dutch says in the caves that tings are working well for some people because abagail and John got away safe
I would straight up die if the rat was someone like Javier or Charles. I would just fall to the ground and have a heart attack

NSavage Beast btw the bucket was knocked over by Charles
So Charles is the rat
@@moelester6420 No Bill knocked it over because Charles says, and I quote, "Nicely done, Bill. They teach you that in the army, too?"
NSavage Beast ok I thought that line was when he was shooting someone and Charles was mocking him good point in that case but bill made his own gang in rdr1 so maybe not
Bill isn't smart enough. Bill is like Dutch's big, loyal, dumb dog.
Milton knows who arthur is from blackwater... Also Abigail wouldn't put jack in danger lol
@@lunix3259 Jack wouldn't be in danger if she made a deal. Also, Arthur wasn't on the boat in Blackwater.
The pinkertons found shady belle because they followed bill after he was asking everyone in town about the gang ,Arther even commented about it when the gunfight breaks out saying "asked everyone Bill"
Another thing that shows Micah's innocence is that, if done in a certain order, Micah wouldn't have ever known about the train job.

I think John is the rat because he is the only one who can go to Blackwater without being chased.

It couldn’t have been Micah who tipped off the law about the train, not just because of what Agent Milton said, but also because he was in jail in Strawberry during the planning of the train robbery
Micah might’ve tipped off the law and helped the pinkertons after guarma since the pinkertons are not directly related to the law
Sorry if this seems confusing but I hope u get my point
I doubt it then why would he save Arthur and stay with the gang he seemed to be very happy to be kidnapped if I remember correctly

Abigail wants to protect jack so much because he is her son.

The train robbery with Sean, Charles, Arthur and John didn’t go smoothly they got set up in that one and Micah never got told
Micah didn't know about the train heist. He wasn't at camp at the time of the heist
I think the 🐀 is Micah Micah Micah and MICAH
Mary-Beth was the one who gave them the idea for the train robbery and you never saw where she got the lead from.

Micah manipulated Dutch when he was back in the gang camp and knew what Dutch was up to.
Through his deal with the Pinkertons, it was easy for Micah to keep the Pinkertons informed at all times,
because Dutch trusted him more than Arthur. Maybe because Dutch knew Arthur had TBC,
so Micah was the "stronger" / more trustworthy.
