@@mightyMC_edc I already have the Hydra - the Higonokami-style button lock - and it's one of my favorites. Once I got the hang of the humongous chikiri-like front flipper, nothing beats it when it comes to the fidget factor. Good steel and great size for EDC, too.
Got mine two days ago and holy crap, it is GOOD. Mine had a slight up-and-down play and stick, but it all wore in now and it is smooth, fast and dropshotty with solid lockup and perfect detent with no lash. Plus it was scary sharp from the box, it created smallest of swirlies on paper with no issue. And last, but definitely not least, it has crazy-good ergos - the thumb "cradle" it has is just perfect for index finger (draw-cuts) and thumb (push-cuts). Love it.
Hey Edge, the button does stick up a little above the scales. It's a fairly light press also. Easy to deploy but I've never had it deploy in my pocket.
You convinced me to get one. Managed to score it for 41 bucks. Real no-brainer deal.
Isn't it? I've been pretty impressed with trivisa and this is the best one I've tried! I hope you like it.

Petrified Fish inspired so many knife makers to use a fuller in their blade design with the Beluga.

I'm really impressed at how good it is for the price!
my fav is the Aquila. i like the allover design and the convex grind. and it comes in wood.
I love the blade on the Aquila, that's one I think they should do a premium model of.
Does the button stick out a lot? Is it flush with the scales? Thanks
