Overall, the house is pretty nice, but it needs a lot of work, like updating the kitchen, and bathrooms. Is the place a flood free area? How old is this home? I like the place, but we have to keep looking for a move in ready place. We are thinking of moving to PI and looking for a home that can accommodate our needs. Thank you for sharing!

Materyales Fuertes pero hindi siya open concept. To me hindi welcoming ang design at napaka cluttered. Sa dami ng divisions and doors, parang ang daming perang naubos sa mga materyales na ginamit, which may not really be necessary. Mas maganda kung open concept. Mas maaliwalas. Tapos ang kitchen, ang layo sa pinaka main dining table. Kung meron kang mga bisita at kakain sila sa mahabang lamesa, ang layo pa ng lalakarin ng mga magsisilbi. Kung baga, nadaanan na ng virus ang food bago nakarating sa mesa. The major issue sa ganitong mga klase ng disenyo is the maintenance. The entire living room alone takes a lot of work to clean up. You will probably need 2 helpers to keep it. Opinyon ko lang naman. Overall, it's an ok house.
