I am having a Fault 1006 and it's reading a voltage that I don't have at the VFD and stops the system from functioning on carrier RTU

Sir, How can i solve error code F0021 for ACS510 75KW VFD.
My motor rating: 440 volt, 118Amp, 1400/m rpm, 50Hz, 75Kw motor. Already setting but also all about setting are up and down. My error F0021 dose not problem solved. So please give me any ideas ?
