I came up in the early 60s and I saw and experienced ALL of the Motown Artists AND the best Rock & Roll bands EVER! The Doors, Jimi Henxrix, Aretha Franklin, The Spinners, Sly Stone, etc! Nothing compares to today unfortunately

To me, this live version of this song cover wasn't bad here, but I preferred the non-live version of his cover for the better. It's just the guy can't sing that high as he used to from all that heavy straining for his voice throughout the years and it really shows at times like these.
I don't understand how a person could call a real talented genius like this outdated. Maybe the song didn't fit the singers maybe covers aren't you thing real music is timeless
Phil Collins was super cool in the 80s. He's seriously outdated now, and I think he knows it. His performance is restrained and tentative. He lacks 'star quality'. But he should take comfort in the fact that he's made a great contribution with Genesis and his own hits, and he's made a huge pile of dosh. Good on him.

He was not at all well when he performed this show. It shows... but I think he's very brave to do it...
