  • A wonderful performance of my composition, "Biesiebameliedjie," sung by the stunning singers of Laerskool Elarduspark Senior Choir at the final concert of the ATKV-Applous national choral competition. I composed this original piece especially for this choir under the direction of Elize Eloff.
Congratulations to the singers, conductor, and accompanist, Betsie Schaap.
❤️ The wonderful text is by one of my favourite poets in Afrikaans, Philip de Vos. Thank you, Philip, for enriching the lives of countless readers and singers with your wonderful words.
If you are interested in performing this composition, do not hesitate to contact me at francoprinsloo.prinsloo@gmail.com or just DM me! If you are interested in commissioning a new work for your choir, feel free to reach out.

      (A Free Rhymed Translation)
Sing to me your hush-rush lullaby,
A song before it’s time to sigh,
A song before it’s time to fly,
And with my silly little ditty,
I’ll drift away to dreams so pretty.
Yesterday, I found a little bird
      That fell into the stream,
Now its songs have flowed away
      Into my hush-rush dream.

Ну почему когда поют они такие прелестные а на улице они оторвы?
