Tanner’s actions put everyone in that mall in danger. The person who shot him let loose a projectile that could have missed and hit someone else or even passed through Tanner into someone else. He should be held accountable for putting an entire full of people in danger. If it weren’t for Tanner’s “prank” which was really harassment being given an innocent label, there would have been no shooting. The shooter was working not coming to the mall to shoot someone.
