Thank you for your appreciation. About the Leatherman exploring my services, what I can say? I have this kind of comment a lot, but that company is living in a buble later, and I am one of the last persons that will be able to enter that buble. But do not worry in the close future. I may announce a collaboration with other MT company.
Dude this is genius, super impressive! What you really need to do is get a hold of a bigger channel like mxd or everyday minimalist and ask them to review it and make a video and I would bet anything that it would not only boost your channel but I guarantee you would sell a ton of these and other models you make. Very intelligent designs man and I seriously think you could sell a lot of these if you can get someone with a wider audience and a good way of describing things to check it out
maxlvledc, hvac budget, tod parker, john gadget, texas tool crib, goat tools and others know about me. The problem is that many will not even mention my channel without having something for free or if is not a US based channel. I do not point the finger to any of this channel but they could very easy point to my channel in 1-2 seconds of their videos if they REALLY appreciate my work. Don't you think?
Thank you. I was planing to send you and other guys from the big channels few things for review but to be onest I am in big trouble financially (about to lose my car and the house) and I canot aford the 30 euro shipping for each channel. Also, it seems there is not so much interest in those things, so it will not make too much of the difference anyway
@ArrTEH why not instead post the designs on a website where you get payed for the download?? That will also hopefully help you financially. I'd happily pay for the designs as I already have a 3D printer. That's a good business model.
I do not have a shop for those as I print them only when I have time. If you want one of these, please write me at carbunaru@gmail.com and I will send you a pdf with prices and info.
I think you are very creative, but need to learn about business. Even though the companions look nice, they are replaceable by a simple plastic bag, while being lighter, easier to replace and cheaper. Even this companion is a little bit dangerous, the blades are outside and can get caught in something. If you analyse the usecase it's either something that you add to your belt or to carry in a sling or backpack. Your companions belong to the second group, where they face intense competition from: pouches, plastic bags, small bags, ... The handle on the other side is a really nice product, currently there is no competition. And another one that does not currently exist is a "companion" but only for the Victorinox tweezer, pin, toothpick, needle and pen. Try to compete, where there is no competition.
Actually, this was done to stay sticked to the multitool with the blades covered by it and hold my stuff organized not frown in a bag. By the way sharp blades in a bag? Probably you didn't see my other videos but this companion and multihandle are scaled down versions from my surge companions and magnum companions I sell for 2 years now. Please look back to my videos for that. But I do you concerns as I have them also and that way I buid it to see how the concept is working. This was an experiment that I like it but it already sold to a person in Texas who already have my other companions
I know Leatherman is not "snatching " him for the same exact reason I'm thinking it's a good thing but it's not needed at all , all that aside he's picking up 3d printed broken parts from it as he's doing in the video his presentation is not appealing and I'm getting tired of people enabling this cause it's getting played out and look roxon is now coming out with something that's is gonna make these holders obsolete
And sorry if I sound harsh but he does need the criticism so he can polish his work and we don't get a garbage product for a fair price we want usable tools that won't brake
Leatherman should be snapping you up and paying you very good money for your designs and ideas. Your products are so impressive.
