I live in Douglas County and so does Tyler Perry. People here won't F with you if you mind your own business. I love it so far.
Informative yet funny
thanks Chris.
This is accurate!
I don't know anything about ATL
But I bust out laughing at Douglas county 😅
ATLANTA IS CROWDED! WE NEED NO MORE 😱😩
There's a lot of people, but im from NYC. this is nothing compared.
I approve this, No more people need to move here.
None of those are ATL tho😒🤔🤦🏿♂️
Metro-Atlanta.
I wanted to move to atl because I went to school there but now I'm reconsidering...
ATL is dope. Watch my other video about best places to live in ATL. Ill get the link.
hold on
@@PassportKings I have seen them...I'm just feeling the move anymore...

He did not provide and relative data to support his theory about why some of the neighborhoods he mentioned are on his do move to list. I need information like crime rates, average house hold income, home owner vs renter and so forth.
Exactly!
This video is pretty accurate I been staying here for a year and bout 5 months.....i been to all them areas ....its goes down in them spots you need a 🔫 at all times
That doesn't make it untrue though. I will say he was about 5 for 6 on this one.
i did. but thanks for your comment.
You missed BANKHEAD, CANDLER PARK, DECATUR, WESTLAKE etc 😂😂😂
I moved to Atlanta Georgia last week and i move back home to Detroit Monday the same day it's to many people in Atlanta Georgia it's too much going on in Atlanta Georgia for me 😂😅
You'll be back. 😂😂
You forgot the west end MLK.
Just uploaded it. Thanks for watching.
" you welcome to come, and you welcome to stay but if you disrespect? We will make your ass fly away"
Already
I pay $2500 a month for a damn 1 bedroom cage here in Dunwoody and my cars been broken into twice this year so I don't know what to tell yall. Lol....Also, after 5pm, 99% of Atlanta feels like you have a pretty good chance of getting murdered so, while this guy isn't lying, dont spend too much time trying to avoid it. It's a waste of time and money. Lol
I lived in Dunwoody in the late 90s and loved it close to perimeter mall. Was wondering how Ashford Dunwoody area was now. Everyone started going crazy after 9 11 happened.
@@markbooker174 Man Dunwoody still looks nice because they're still building new apartments and stuff over here all the time, dont get me wrong, but at the same time, it's like the more they build, the more dangerous it gets too. One of my coworkers lives in Dunwoody kinda more towards Sandy Springs and two dudes chased her in her own neighborhood while she was on a run just like 2 weeks ago. It just so happens she used to run track in college and was able to make it to a neighbors house. Smh....I'm probably gon leave the city and head to Gwinett or something soon.
😂😂😂
I moved to Atlanta from Chicago some years ago and must say that I’ve been here long enough to say this ENTIRE state is trash…..
I can’t wait to relocate right up out of here🙄😏🤬
i bet you won't go back to Chicago from Atlanta
Chi town, it's a whole a lot of Folks and GD's down here.
What's that 2nd song after the intro
My nephew Acid Land made the beat.
If you don't know cool people u can trust just don't go, fr 😂
Nah, The A is a great place to start over.
Instrumental?
I lived there and didn't meet any Atlanta natives at all. It was terrible. I left town
Where did you move to? "I wanna see something" 😂
Clarkston refugees town
I dont think I've been around there yet.
I feel if you are not a true native of our city, you will never understand..... every city has crime and boogie people but only true Atlanta natives know and appreciate our city.... there is always Texas or some place else because yall are making the traffic bad with the poor driving, lol 😆
lol.
What about Union City? Is it getting better?
Na ..actually WORSE
@@cjlaw228 In what way? They've got some new developments around there.

I'm from the Bronx. Where do you suggest one lives in NYC that's "safe?" lol.
Douglas county is NOT part of ATL
thank God.... but it is.
No it’s not.

Campbellton Rd 4 life!!!
College park is not a bad area at all. Lots of delta employees are buying homes there.
yeah, i said some nice parts and some "walking dead" parts. lol
@@movingtoAtlanta723 I’m just saying. There are some super super dangerous parts of Acworth but you wouldn’t call it a dangerous place to live. College Park definitely used to be pretty sketchy in the 90s and early to mid 00s. It’s really turned around a lot and it’s great to see.
No, please! We dont need anymore people! You left out certain parts of DeKalb County to avoid.
thanks
Dude learn your geography Douglas county / stone mountain/ lithonia are not parts of Atlanta.
This video is about the METRO ATLANTA AREA. he clearly stated that. Everyone who says they are moving to Atlanta ARE NOT talking about the actual city of Atlanta. They are referring to exactly what he's talking about, METRO-Atlanta including Douglas County. Everybody knows this. He's obviously more familiar with geography than you.
Metro-Atlanta... I get all A's in Geography. lol.
He's just trying to get views from people who aren't from here and don't know any better. West Georgia and DeKalb country are not metro Atlanta
@prettyclassylady6218 Yes, Getting views from people who don't currently live in Atlanta but are thinking about moving here. Whats wrong with that? That's actually the whole point of the video. Are you paying attention?
He don’t know what he’s talking about
College Park

Marietta is generally good not perfect and a mixed-race area where crime is lower compared to other areas mentioned in the comments on this video. I know because I have lived here for the last 10 years.
Frail MethHeads!😅
I would love too meet you 2 .. 😊
send a dm, lol
In my opinion they need to throw the WHOLE ATLANTA AWAY 🤷🏾♀️
Nah. I love it down here. Only some places out here have problems. That's no different than anywhere else. Thanks for the comment.
You must be an out of towner not to mention Killer Cobb county and Mo betta Marietta.
I have lived in Smyrna for almost 20 years. I'm not sure where you went in Cobb for all of the murders but I havent seen them.
Decatur
Forsyth county
Basically avoid areas where the people vote democrat
Very silly synopsis. The places with the republican voters, like Douglasville, are the most run down and risky to live in.
No.
😂
Clayco SCHOOL NO GOOD AND Police no good Clayco
He bias and telling lies
Hes not Bias and he's telling the truth.
Yep keep moving there , stay out of suburbia , Cobb , north Fulton Cherokee 😎 the local PD don’t play that
I've lived in Cobb the entire time I've been here.
Anybody know if Lawrenceville is a good place to live?
lawrenceville is like a suburbiam area. Its near The Mall Of Georgia, Buford and Dacula. Its considered gwinnett county and its a very big town. My aunt has lived there for over 30 years, she and I are originally from New Jersey(not Newark or Trenton or Camden)but central jersey, so we presumptively moved to an area that is reminiscent of our home towns. It is very much suburbian life and not too ,much criminal activity or problems you need to worry about Nice homes and stores
It is. Lawrenceville/Lilburn is nice.
Yea tha whole Gwinnett is pretty much nice there’s know hoods out there just a bunch of lames claiming north side ain’t nothing to worry about in Gwinnett but there traffic
@@twongreen9968 why do they stay on The First 48?
@@truelife974 crime can happen anywhere lil tink tink doesn’t mean it’s a hood nor bad area and if u from Georgia everyone know if it ain’t tha east side west nor south it ain’t even relevant been in lame Gwinnett since 05 and it’s nothing 2 be scared of
@WELCOME 2 ATLANTA! What do think about the Westend?
its being gentrifide but still rough. I dont think id raise a family down there yet.
That's still the bluff regardless
That's where iam from, but live in Virginia now, want to Brooker T. Washington.
The Bluff is nowhere near the West End.
@@laryanryan9170 yes it is. Was just down there yesterday
Clayton county, College Park, Douglas county are not Atlanta.
They are Metro Atlanta, and that was explained numerous times.
