Really enjoyed that. Didn't seem like the same trail at all because you showed different parts of it each time you did it. Nice to see it in different conditions too. Bottom line should be that you make the videos for yourself. If you start worrying too much about if you're boring others or whatever, it becomes more like a job and takes the fun out of it. Film for your own enjoyment. If others like it, that's a bonus. As always , thanks for sharing your beautiful country with us.
Hey Larry once again thank you and i am glad you enjoyed the video. i also appreciate your words of encouragement. i do enjoy making videos and i plan to keep on keepin' on! thanks for watching and taking time to comment.
Nice hiking trips, and also a nice camping set-up. Some low visibility, but that's how it goes some times. Like you said, it's just good to get out. Try not to worry about what some people might think about your videos. They are in beautiful locations, and you provide nice, calm narration. Lots of good info too. They are very good. I know I lose potential views and subscribers due to the length of my videos, and I have also visited the same locations on multiple videos. But some people seem to enjoy, and that's why I film them. I'm not looking to be a big channel, with thousands of views per video. I like longer videos, that show off the landscapes, especially rivers and creeks. Hiking, snowshoeing, and canoeing. Your videos fit that bill. Keep it up.
Nick, thank you very much. i'm glad you appreciate my videos. Like you i am not interested in a huge fan base and i don't post just to get "likes and views". i simply want to share my trips. i do appreciate your words of encouragement and friendship. i like your videos because they are "no nonsense" and "straight forward" videos. You show your trip and share your experience and that is what i like about your videos. take care Nick. I'm headed into the wilderness this afternoon.
another excelent day in the wild.. love the snowy views. looks kinda cold though... we are noticing you Have a Desk in Your Tent !! hahaha very cool camp... not boring at all to see more of this area! i agree i hike the same trails here at home all the time.. kinda prefer to hit the same spots and see every tiny piece of it
Hey potatothorn, yes it was an excellent day in the wild even though it was cool and very damp. thats not a desk in my tent it is a a home made cupboard that usually hold all my pots and pans plus some canned food. when i camp in grizzly country all that stuff is stored out of the tent in bear proof containers. there is a large metal bear proof box in every campsite in this camp ground. thanks for watching and taking time to comment..
quite the awesome set up! I just have a large toolbox that holds all my cooking equipment, and a bag for the food.. (same story as you for us in bear country) we really enjoyed this trip thanks again.
