Nope you read it right and it also depends upon the throttle input, sane throttle will yield such mileage it will be tiering if you are not used to it I get 15-16 kmpl while cruising at 150kmph Even once i got 17.8 kmpl while crusing between 13-14kmpl When you maintain 100 efficiency would be surprising 22-24kmpl
I've never driven any car before (but I know the basics from TH-cam videos). I bought Ford Freestyle petrol on December 2018 and drove about 400 KMS through rough terrain mostly muddy, slippery, narrow road to my village which is near the Myanmar border. A bit of mistake and you could end up 500 to 1000 meters below the road. Till today, I can't believe I did that. Thanks to Ford Freestyle...It gives you confidence on any road conditions.

My Figo 2016 titanium safety pack crossed 79k kms and still drives like a new one. I will never drive other brands or live without Ford cars. The capabilities shown here are true and in daily life you get to experience it. At 3:00 car climbing the steep is true. You need to accelerate other cars but Ford will climb like charm and someone new to driving will easily handle Ford cars. Mark my words.

Man!!! I saw this video before purchasing the Ford freestyle 2019 Titanium+ model ( with Android auto). This video made me feel happy and sad at the same time... Happy because I still have the freestyle and sad because Ford Left India... Driven a lot of cars, owned a polo tsi for 5 years but had never driven Ford before. I felt Polo was good enough, coz power acceleration and nice driving. But this year I drove a figo tdci by chance and my polo bubble was suddenly burst. The way Figo handles is just something else. BTW the best car I have driven is vovlo xc90 and I know its unfair to compare in terms of power, but figo is at par with its driving dynamics. Such pinpoint steering is hauntingly addictive. Just cant stop driving.

Overall the feeling from steering is good. So why be concerned specifically about the centre position?! I think it is better than most of the competition.

Nowadays almost all cars have lifeless steering including so-called driver's car the swift, atleast ford should retain their driver centric approach but it is a bit disappointing that they added some slack in the steering and slowly moving towards light steering as other manufacturers do...

If you say value for money i would recommend say freestyle i20 is costlier about 1.5 lakh than freestyle top end edition Only thing you feel missed is rear headrest and driver armrest not a big deal in my point! Missing in i20 - auto wipers, ESP, Traction control, hill hold assist, higher ground clearance and more fun to drive
Choose the diesel if you can manage the price difference and you won't regret it. The power released at will can make your heart skip a beat. Its truly a performance hatchback for common man.

There will be some road noise at higher speeds mostly over 120 kmph When you are cruising at 100 kmph its very quiet Engine will be vocal and there will be vibrations post 2500 rpm

I drove my freestyle diesel only at the weekend, you don't need to ignite the engine every day! but please avoid short runs within 3 km! and allow the engine to warm up before going fast! you can do ignition once in two week span!

Bought Ford figo in 2010 (3 months after launch) and I must say it's very good and maintenance cost is far better compared to Hyundai and even Maruti.
my ciaz maintainence cost is 5000 for normal oil change service
