Moved to Estepona last year and am currently looking for a local course to play at/become a member. I hear great things about Valle Romano. Can't wait to try this beautiful course.
If you are coming to play this course, do not stay at the Valle Romano Golf & Resort, it is a ramshackle run down mess. The staff are obnoxious. You have to pay for toilet paper! I am not kidding. I went to the reception to request some toilet paper as there was none in the room, only to be informed it is not a hotel, it is an apartment building and you must buy your own toilet paper. Appalling, totally appalling.
Nonsense if you stay at Valle Romano Residence, you know you're in an apartment and not a hotel (It wouldn't cost the same money ;-) ). When it is handed over to you upon arrival, it is fully equipped (toilet paper included). Correct information, thank you.
@@CaseallEstero If you look at the website they describe it as an "Apart Hotel", and a "Luxury Resort". It is neither. It is an appalling dilapidated mess, where the staff have no regard for the guests, no dignity and no manners. Staying there is like being in prison, accept prison food is better and the don'😒t charge for toilet paper in prison.
@@tiptizlode4995 Strange that a prison has had an occupancy rate of over 70% for years. I’d say you’re quite biased over a roll of toilet paper. These are fully furnished apartments, and if you want to eat for free, you have to cook it yourself. Personally, I’ve stayed there many times, and it has an excellent quality/price ratio. Specialized companies have given it 4 forks (the highest rating for this type of property). You seem more like a hater than someone who writes from experience. Have a good life.
@@CaseallEstero You obviously work for the company, otherwise how would you know the occupancy. Give me your e mail address and I will send on photos of vomit in the stairwell, broken door locks, faulty light switches and plug sockets with wires hanging out and a balcony door that wont close properly. I was actually staying at the "apart hotel" when I originally posted the comments. There are lovely places to stay in Estapona, this is NOT one of them.

Any suggestions on which course to play around Estepona/Casares?
@Tomas Hehir both courses have their virtues, not too challenging, but can be.
you're spoiled for choice
@@CaseallEstero Its a shit hole

Sir, are you retarded? Ask someone you know who lives in an appartment somewhere if they buy their own toilet paper.
