We had an apartment in Estepona for 12 years, from 2004. It was a beautiful town and it has improved immensely since those days. Alas due to health issues we have not been back for far too long. I loved your video to remind us that we must visit again soon. I am sad to say that the camera man was scanning far too fast and it spoilt the beautiful views, especially La Paza del Flores. Also the sound seems to be duplicated which made listening uncomfortable.
Estepona is absolutely gorgeous, we have had quite a few guests from the U.K and Northern Europe and everyone said that they can see themselves living here. We absolutely love Estepona and soon starting our property search around Marbella and Estepona(stay tuned/subscibe). Just last month, Estepona was named the second best town to live in Europe. The cameraman 🫣 We actually bought new camera back then…. And it has been a learning curve ever since! We have improved a lot in the recent videos(last couple of months) and definitely will be bringing a lot more of Estepona in the future. Ooh! You would love our “running in costa del sol” video where we ran along the coast in Estepona. You must come back! We would also love to know how Estepona has changed over the years over a coffee maybe? Watch the running video here: th-cam.com/video/uZtTM0FKpPI/w-d-xo.html
You won’t be disappointed! We had a new camera back then so couldn’t capture the beauty properly….. stay tuned because we are going to bring a lot more from the area. Best of luck :)
I am sold on Estepona at precisely 14 second into the video. May I ask where is this rustic walking and cycling path along the beach at the 14th second of the video? Thank you so much thepakspan.
Doesn’t take long to sell Estepona 😀 it truly is such a lovely place and bound to get much bigger hype in the future, the mayor just announced to make Estepona a University town(Medical and tech). That beautiful walkway is behind Kempinski hotel.
Hey Anita, its a hit and miss as it depends on the currents coming in either from Atlantic(cold) or Mediterranean(warm) but either way…… it’s definitely refreshing and enjoyable experience this time of year.
hi there - My husband is a subscriber. My parents are from India - I grew up in the states. We have a place on the Costa Del Sol. What is your fave Indian restaurant? I am looking for authentic Indian food.
Hey 👋🏼 We still haven’t found yet 😅 we have many in the U.K but since we moved here we mostly eat local Spanish food and when we fancy Indian food we either order our local restaurant(Mini India) or make at home(last night made cauliflower potatoes with chicken 🤗) We have tried Masala, they are all good but not outstanding. If you do find out….. please let us know too 🤤
Ooh! Forgot about Mumtaz on Puerto Banus….. the prices are very high but the quality is there…. Loved the taste. Much better taste than their branches in the U.K(Manchester and Bradford)
Hopefully Estepona will grow while keeping its unique charm that it’s known for! Seriously the more we travel…. The more we realise how special Estepona really is.
The new golden mile(San Pedro to Alcazaba beach) is a great investment specially now that Starlite music city is being built just before Selwo and Ibiza’s Pacha is opening a grand entertainment area at Laguna beach. San Pedro is closer to Marbella and for that reason it’s already quite expensive but has it reached the peak? No one can say that. On the other hand there are lots of bargains to be found more towards Estepona.
Estepona is not a city. It’s an expanse of land with a noisy motorway running through it, preventing you from even crossing the road. It’s overdeveloped and full of litter and dog dirt.@@thepakspan
Buenas tardes.
Hey 👋🏼 Tbh, we have never heard of it before but quick google search tells me its not a thing in Spain but it does look very similar to a massively popular game “Padel” which is played in literally every location here.
Hey 👋🏼 There are a lot of nice places to stay by the beach e.g Kempinski, Sol Atalya park, Las Dunas grand etc In terms of tennis, you might not find many properties as Spaniards are crazy about “Padel” very similar but different game. There are number of padel clubs and I’m sure they have tennis courts there too. If your hotel doesn’t have it, there will be one nearby.
Thank you for sharing this incredible glimpse into the wonders of Estepona!
Thank you 😊
Cómo siempre!! En vuestra línea. Preciosas fotografías. Besos 😘

Thank you ☺️
this is ideal place to go if you are in retirement and come from western countries where real estate and renting are terribly high in pricing
Absolutely! And the quality of life is so much better with 300+ days of sunshine and mild winters
Where precisely in Estepona is suitable for retirement? Surely not by the A7 where you have to climb over the dual carriageway to cross the road.
@@user-gq1sh4kf4w you will be in good physical condition then
We love Selwo area
😁
Hi , is there sea water warm there in July/ August?

I hope it doesn't become the next Marbella!....that would spoil it.
Hopefully Estepona will grow while keeping its unique charm that it’s known for! Seriously the more we travel…. The more we realise how special Estepona really is.
I completely agree with you. I hope it never become the next Marbella.
👍😊
In your opinion, do you think Estopona or San Pedro would be a better investment or is there another area. I will be living there 6 months a year
The new golden mile(San Pedro to Alcazaba beach) is a great investment specially now that Starlite music city is being built just before Selwo and Ibiza’s Pacha is opening a grand entertainment area at Laguna beach.

u can say that is already like marbella .. look at the house prices 😆🙃
Tell me about it 😅
I’m sure in near future it’ll be just one city merged together.
Estepona is not a city. It’s an expanse of land with a noisy motorway running through it, preventing you from even crossing the road. It’s overdeveloped and full of litter and dog dirt.@@thepakspan
Yeah it has grown rapidly and unfortunately it comes with a cost!
We still love Estepona and think it has much more potential.
