After hearing Father Chad for some time, I realize how lost protestants are...
But not only them, also muslims, atheists, secular people, etc...
I will keep praying the Rosary for them.

I have seen this in my own life, and in the life of those that are close to me. I have seen how grace makes people smarter and more perceptive, and I have seen the opposite in those not walking with God. I think this all has to do with Christ being the Light of our mind.

Father , I was told we have nowhere to go to receive the sacraments . No sacrament of confession , sacrament of the sick , the last rights , and no holy communion. The reason for this I have been told ,is because the Church , the way it is has become heretical. Please tell me , is this true or false.? I am frightened .

I've tried to explain this subject in simple terms, but Protestants simply counter-argue that Jesus has paid for everyone's sins; and therefore there is no Purgatory and all one has to do is say the Believer's Prayer and he will be saved. They seem otherwise incorrigible and so I leave them alone.

It is true that by ourselves we "can do nothing" but with the grace of God we can do much, as long as we cooperate with that grace.
Every person that travelled the spiritual road passes through the stage of "the dog that needs cookies" and that is why a beginner has all this happy fuzzy feelings. As one grows spiritually, God will withdraw the "cookies" and one has to live by Faith alone.

The Illumination of Conscious, also called the Warning will happen to everyone in the world at the same time. We will become aware of what we are doing right that pleases God and what we are doing wrong so that we can repent and get our lives right. It will be a tremendous act of Gods Mercy for all mankind.
Many souls in the world are deceived and disillusioned about many things and the state of their souls . We all need TRUTH.
GOD IS TRUTH and HE will not deceive us. After the WARNING many will know that the Catholic Church is the one true Faith. Many will need to go to Confession.
The Three Days of Darkness is not the same as the Warning.
We are told to get blessed beeswax candles (as nothing else will light) and have a blessed crucifix and pray repeatedly.
LORD I BELIEVE, I TRUST AND I LOVE YOU
AND I BEG PARDON FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE, TRUST OR LOVE YOU.
We have also been informed God does not want us to see His wrath and to not look out the windows or open the door to anyone as they could be deceptive spirits using the voice of your loved ones.
The above is all quite serious, will happen and is not meant to cause fear but to help prepare us.
God bless you for asking this question. The above can be confirmed by The messages given by our Blessed Mother to the children in Garabandal Spain.

Wow we have been following the Divine Mercy Devotion for over 20 years. I have pictures in every room of my house and on my front door. We just turned to the traditional Mass a year ago and really love it. Learning so much. Please tell me more and give me your background.

    • @murrax7639
      @murrax7639 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

It's a very attractive devotion, so I completely understand. Over the past 50 years, it has become a big part of Catholic culture in the Novus Ordo. It was one of the first devotions I picked up when I converted from Deism/agnosticism but I stopped after I started going to the Traditional Latin Mass and started to realize I struggled with the sin of presumption. I am not a priest, I am just a layperson. Also to be clear I am a supporter of the SSPX and FSSP and am not a sedevacantist, so don't think this is some kind of conspiracy theory. I will post a few articles from traditional priests about this and you can draw your own conclusions.
www.traditioninaction.org/HotTopics/f072_DivMercy.htm (This website posts some very questionable things from time to time so I would avoid it, but this article is good.)
      www.angelusonline.org/index.php?section=articles&subsection=show_article&article_id=2895
In fairness here is a defense of a devotion published by a layperson. www.unamsanctamcatholicam.com/spirituality/82-spirtuality/467-defense-of-the-divine-mercy-devotion-part-3.html
I personally am not convinced by the defense and find it uses a lot of logical fallacies and avoids responding to the root of the issue which is "Why should I believe this?". Ultimately I find that because there is so many questionable things with this devotion, there is too much risk involved with the sin of presumption when instead there are traditional devotions like the devotion to the Sacred Heart that many Saints have been fueled by. Many people might think that the Divine Mercy devotion *is* the Sacred Heart devotion, but notice that the Divine Mercy image doesn't even show our Lord's heart. The Sacred Heart devotion is a separate devotion entirely. This Divine Mercy devotion is a private devotion that used to be condemned by popes and by the Church as a whole but is now not because of Pope John Paul II. Like with all things in the Church, this is a complicated issue that is confusing. Because of my personal experience but also because of the mass confusion, I choose to not use the devotion, and from my understanding, the devotion is rarely used in ICKSP, FSSP and SSPX circles.
God bless you, stay safe and healthy during these tough times!

That is not true at all. This is one of the reasons many popes like Pius XII and John XXIII condemned this devotion. Pius XII put it on the Index of Forbidden books and John XXIII condemned it twice (Which for such a small devotion is a lot.) Much of that devotion is just glorifying the sin of presumption. I used to be a huge fan of it until I realized the devotion itself was leading me into sin. It does not encourage penance at all and makes it seem like once you pray it all of your sins are forgiven.
Devote yourself to the Sacred Heart, the Divine Mercy devotion can be dangerous and there are so many better devotions out there. Sister Faustina had some major problems, she claims Jesus told her this “Now I know that it is not for the graces or gifts that you love me, but because My will is dearer to you than life. That is why I am uniting Myself with you so intimately as with no other creature.” (§707, p. 288). More than his own Mother or the Saints? Borderline blasphemous. Other strange things like her saying Jesus "Blessed the world" because of her and shortly after WW2 started. Not a blessing. My spiritual life has improved after I stopped praying it. Do penance and stick with tradition!

@@murrax7639, Christ meant by "creature" a creature on earth. The reason I say this is because even those who reached Transforming Union on this earth (highest level of holiness) are not as united to God as those in Heaven. So it is impossible for Him to mean that He is more united to her than those in Heaven whether it is a saint or the Blessed Mother.
Also take into account that in translating from another language, the translation can be faulty.
It is not extraordinary that God blesses the world due to the petition of humans. The Bible tells us that God will do the will of those that fear Him.
Psalm 145:19 He will do the will of them that fear him: and he will hear their prayer, and save them.
Psalm 37:4 Delight in the Lord, and he will give thee the requests of thy heart.
James 5:16 For the continual prayer of a just man availeth much.
So that means if St Faustina willed and requested from God that He bless the earth, He will answer her prayer according to His promises in the Bible.

      Lisa Lottes,
Sins cannot be forgiven for baptized adults unless they repent (contrition).
The remission promised for performing certain devotions, is not for the sins but for the temporal punishment due to sins that were forgiven (normally in confession for Catholics). Sins not forgiven cannot be erased by these devotions.
When I break a light and get a ticket, that error of mine cannot be erased (forgiven) from the books till I pay the fine. The same applies to our sins. Christ forgives us when we are contrite, but we have to pay the fine (due to Justice). The fine can be paid by almsgiving, good deeds, suffering or by prayer. That is where those indulgence prayer can help us. One can use them to remit some (or sometimes all) of that temporal punishment due to sin. If these temporal punishments are not paid for in this life, one will have to pay for them in Purgatory.

If Fr. Ripperger ever contradicted the CCC, I'd go with Fr. Ripperger. Actually, most Traditional priests inevitably contradict it, because here and there it goes against what the Church has always taught and believed. He has jokingly said elsewhere that all he does is he repeats what the saints have said, and everyone goes "ooh, that's just wonderful".

    • @vigildino6518
      @vigildino6518 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

@@seriouscat2231, I think that the wise thing to do if someone we trust, contradicts the CCC, is to check and see what older Catechisms or official documents of the Church have said in the past. For example one could refer to The Catechism of Trent, Denzingers Sources of Catholic Dogma or to Ott's Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma.
I do respect Fr Ripperger to the utmost degree, and I do not think that he would ever go against the Truth knowingly. I bought all his books except the last one he mentioned lately about tradition. I learned a lot from them.
It is known that no one is an expert on every branch of theology, history of the Church, writings of the Fathers etc..... and one could make an honest mistake in their judgement. No one priest or bishop is infallible on their own.
Infallibility is a gift given by God to the Pope/magisterium, under certain conditions, when they teach definitively about Faith and morals.

Traditionalists rightly object to the modernism afflicting the Church. They then make the mistake of hurtling to the other extreme.
Fr Ripperger does this by portraying God as a merciless fiend whom no one can possibly worship except from extreme terror. Fear casts
    out love.
At this point, theological ideas (all of them ingenious, all of them false) will be wheeled out to counter the truth of what I have said.

Any darkness in us cannot survive in the light of the Creator. You attribute to God the crudity of human nature. God does not delight in the fact that his creation in all its forms has been willfully tainted. Yet despite all of it, He offered us Christ who mankind butchered. The Jesus who will sit in the judgment seat is not the gentle but truth telling Hebrew of the past, and there is no sense sugar coating it with warm and fuzzy sentiment anymore. In case you haven't noticed evil isn't even trying to be subtle and many well intentioned fools are complicit in it. As a member of the modernist church myself, I am astonished how my half empty church has compromised its authority by sliding further and further into wokeness.
