I have started to go to confession and pray more ever since I listened to Father Chad Ripperger.
He has certainly helped me make better confessions.

Eh, considering the number of religions who claim such punishments, this is a rare exception where your feelings align with the truth of the matter.

I'm worried for myself and my family. I don't want to offend God anymore. Please pray for me, I'm a mess.
Phone your nearest Catholic Church, beg the priest for confession, get there and make your confession immediately. Pray to Mary, Saint Michael and your Guardian Angel to help. Then go to Mass - tomorrow is All Saints Eve. It's a Holy Day of obligation. God is calling you NOW. So run to Him. Also, start saying the rosary. Don't put it off, we never know how long we have.
Also, I don't know your name, but my Guardian Angel does, so we'll pray a rosary for you today and will pray for you at Mass tomorrow. If you make it pray for me. God loves you so much. You have no idea how much. If you are feeling frightened and ashamed of your sin that's a great sign. Go to Him. He already knows the state of your soul anyway, but wants your consent for Him to fix it.

Meditate on the third especially - Our Lady was so grateful and obedient. She was given the greatest gift in the world, Our Lord, and she went Immediately to give thanks and then offer Him back to the Lord. Sorry I keep going on, I'm excited for you.

I'm feeling different today. I'm thankful for your prayers. When I do something wrong my heart feels heavy. It feels like the holy sprit leaves me or my angel is disappointed in me trying to remind me I'm doing wrong.
I had a vision of hell once
So it goes like this. I'm in pure darkness, and I can see demons in front of me. There's eyes are bright glowing red. All I can feel is fear and fright.
I started running away from them. As I'm trying to run away I have this frightful thought I'm never getting away. The demons caught up with me, I was so scared and kept shouting Jesus, Jesus please help me.
The demons pulled out this big sharpe curved knife and cuts deep into my skin - Jesus help me. I could hear the demons laughing at my cries to Jesus.
I can never describe the fear i felt, even when I woke up. The fear of pure terror. Worst than any scary movie you could ever watch. This fear feeling stayed me me for days. This is the reason I'm watching this video, I know hell is real. It scares the life out of me. I'm scared for my kids and family that there's a chance they will end up there and it's my fault for not raising them right. I'm starting to change that now.
My other worry is if we are in the generation that goes through the Mark Of The Beast please God may our names be in the book of life and our family's reject this coming mark.
I'm so thankful you helping me because I really need it. No one's really told me they said prayers for me the way you have. I feel like I want to tell you my story because your kindness.

It is a scandal of the Church that the majority of priests, Bishops and Cardinals do not preach the pains of hell and the salvation of souls. God have mercy on us.

I always wondered about people not bothering about hell. This kind of presentation tells me those people somehow know where they're headed and s8n keeps them in complete confusion about the reality of hell.

@@annahaight1773 well, I don't even know how to do that, if someone isn't looking for God it seems to me that only He can reach that person. On the other hand, yes I pray for the conversion of people closer to me, because I think I somehow owe it to them. But people I don't know, I don't know...

One thing not mentioned is in the dream of St. John Bosco is that the boys could free themselves from the traps by having a devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, and a devotion to Our Lady, as well as confession.
How much better would it have been never to have been born, than to risk suffering all this?
Possibly…But we were born out of God’s love.
On the bright side, we have the opportunity to experience the opposite of all of this - love, glory, beauty and joy beyond what we can imagine (which we wouldn’t have a chance at without having been born).
Now that we know the truth about the horrors of hell and how real a place it is, let’s do absolutely everything that we can to avoid going there!

The spiritual afterlife is no laughing matter. If any of us want to enter the kingdom of Heaven, then we better start clean up 🧼 our act and make sincere repentance for our wrongdoings. And the best way of making sincere repentance is going to the sacrament of reconciliation. If you go to the sacrament of reconciliation and make sincere repentance for what you did wrong, you’ll be able to receive Holy Communion. But if you don’t go to the sacrament of reconciliation and repent, you won’t be able to receive Holy Communion.

Shortly after my conversion I got a very brief tour of this place.

You realise this is a sermon about hell, not how to bend God's ear to give you material prosperity? If all you're focused on is a prosperous life and realising your dreams God might just give you what you want. And then what? You'll have wasted your life on transient goods that can't shelter you in eternity and go naked and ashamed with nothing to give the God who made you.

Life is short and eternity is forever! Everyone should go and see the movie Nefarious if you have not already. Bring a non-Catholic or lukewarm believer. It will wake them up! Peace!
Points that are mentioned in the talk, but not sufficiently stressed:
Hell is self-inflicted; God doesn't want anyone to go there. Nor does He send anyone there - the souls of the unrepentantly wicked descend into Hell, they gravitate there.
Hell is eternal because the wickedness of the demons and the damned is eternal; and moreover, stubbornly and jealously clung to for every moment of eternity.
If the god described in the Bible exists then he created everyone knowing exactly who would go to hell. Yet he still allowed then to come into existence, even worse he supposedly loves us so then why would he create us if he ultimately knows who is going to hell. The loving thing to do if god were truly loving would be to simply not let the ones damned to an eternity in hell exist in the first place. In effect there isn’t really freewill since everything has been preordained (aka predestination).
God gave us all free will to choose Him or the devil. He wants you and me to join Him in heaven because we wanted to and worked out our salvation with His help as we prayed humbly for His mercy and grace to get to heaven despite our weaknesses and faults, all from original sin. The operative word is even though we fall flat on our face because of weakness, God wants to see in us the desire and therefore attempt to overcome our evil inclinations, and to bent our knees in Humility before Him and beg Him for His mercy. He will never deny His love and mercy to those who ask Him.
I was told by a good traditional priest that those who go to hell are: 1). The ones who wanted to go there - fully aware that it's the place for them when they die, and, 2). Those who simply don't care. These 2 groups will not go the mile to work out there salvation.
Those who humble themselves before God each time they fall, God sees their hearts and know that those are the ones who will go the mile to be with Him. God will never twist your arms to get you there, but He'll move heaven and earth for you if you ask for His forgiveness and repent. You see God all knowing what you'll choose, will still give you a chance to chose wisely. All of us at some point in time will be given that special grace to know Him and His loving mercy even at the brink of death. That's how much He loves us on top of sending His only begotten Son to die on the cross for us so we may be worthy of entering heaven again. PAX🙏🕊

Listening to this talk alone could drive one crazy. nonetheless, one has to listen and comprehend the consequences of not trying know and live for God.

Yes, if we cannot love God because of our choosing, we should at least fear God and His perfect justice.
I understand that our offences against God are infinite but what more does it say about God, when this Hell is eternal even after the Final Judgment? Any takers?
Does His love for the Elect in heaven require justice without mercy for those who must remain in Hell without their own destruction?
I acknowledge that the soul in hell experiences pain "accidental" to the pain of loss of God (pain of senses) but I don't think we are bound to believe that they take these exact forms or that they are at such a great intensity. After all, we know that God's mercy extends even to the damned as they receive punishments far less than they deserve. Unless someone would like to give me reason to believe otherwise, there is no reason that the pain of senses would have to be so intense since the duration of their sufferings (existing throughout eternity) would already make them immense.

i think its not good dwelling on hell for too long.Let God deal with that. I think its too much for humans to dwell on.We need to just take it as a warning and a healthy dose of fear of being separated from God.
atombomb31458 actually it’s very good, to keep us humble and sober. The saints meditated on it very often. Christ preached about hell more than anything else in the gospel. Obviously we shouldn’t become obsessed with it, but it’s good to think about it to avoid going there

Whats the difference between mortal sin and other sins i was under the impression all sins would be forgiven so long as you truly repent besides maybe blasphemy against the holy spirit the way its spoken about here it sounds as if your sent to hell because of your sins rather than failing to accept christs gracious offer of dying for your sins which kind of ties into i believe aquinas who says the gates of hell are locked from the inside meaning all those in hell are those who chose/want to be there any insight that can be offered i would appreciate it thanks!

C.S. Lewis says that hell is cold, there is no burning love of God therefore the deeper you go the colder it gets. Dr. Scott Hahn says that the devil, being a Seraphim (burning one), loses his glory but not his burning nature. Therefore those that enter into hell enter into the burning mystical body of the devil. Both make are good arguments. As shown in the video, most think burning like Scripture defines it. Thoughts?
The point is that not only the burning or the cold would be half as horrible as knowing, that no matter what you do or say you won't change anything until the end of time.
The feeling of understanding that you will never get out for eternity is awfull.

I dont like questioning who goes to hell or not...father would be the one to know...but if this is true...that means maybe 1 out of million will be going to heaven...if you have ANY mortal sin youre going to hell forever to burn in agony. You could live a life of pure existance..1 slip up, die and pay for all eternity?
If you don't go to confession, yes. But if you seek God's forgiveness in confession and confess all your mortal sins, they will be forgiven of you

Nowhere in the bible does it mention hell being an everlasting conscience torment for man. The 2nd death is death of the soul. Eternal separation from God. God is LOVE and his MERCY is great and his judgements are RIGHTEOUS.

The damned are in the eternal lake of fire because (instead of doing the sensible thing and climbing out of it) they see something(s) in the dark, fiery waters that they insanely crave.
They seek for all eternity to grasp it, but forever it eludes them and is unattainable. Yet, bound by obsessive sinful craving, they persist, despite the sufferings.
What do they crave ? - pleasure or power or exaltation or darkness itself, are the principal cravings.
Ripperger should heed his own warnings and diligently consider the sedevacantists’ arguments against the validity of his ordination, because if we are right, he will certainly end up there after a life of administering invalid “sacraments” and leading souls to hell.

I'm sorry but the Christian God comes out of this looking like an absolute monster. It's one thing for God to separate Himself from or even to annihilate an incontrite soul, but why would He design an actual torture chamber of such breathtaking magnitude if He is a loving God? If a government devised a prison that imposed such conditions on prisoners for even the most egrgious crimes, we would rightly deem it barbaric. I can't think of any sin that would warrant such extreme torture for such extreme duration. Worst of all are the circumstances that lead to damnation: you have maybe 80 years to get your spiritual hygiene right. Why should so short a time have such eternal consequences? And yet the damned are supposed to see the justice of their being damned? After 5 million years in Hell, will they still feel that what they got up to for a few decades aeons ago warrants their continuall torment? Doesn't make sense.
In short, I see the hand of Man here, manipulating believers with fear of the consequences for the tiniest of infractions. It's the totalitarian spirit at work. I want Christianity to be true for the good it brings us in a fallen world, not for the threat of violence that hangs over you in the next life if you get a few things wrong here. That's the coercive spirit at work and it's just plain nasty.

One of the other exorcists said that during a session the question along the lines:"Why did God create Hell?" came up.
The deamon's response was: "He didn't, the idea didn't even cross his mind", the deamon continued: "We created Hell, we cooperated together to do it".

If you have any idea how powerful the fallen ones are that rebelled against God, you'd get an understanding why God had to put His foot down and pull out all stops in His fight against them. Hell was never meant for us. But if you reject and deny God, you end up in a place where God is absent. You can't change the rules as you're not the Creator (that's why New Agers love to fall prey to the idea they're the creators of their own world ...)
