Hello. I just found your channel. Wonderful! I have started a new orchard on our family 10 acre property / cottage. 2 years ago I planted 15 trees. Last year a few more. This year 13 more. 33 trees in total. Apple, Peach, Apricot, Cherry, Nectarine, Pear and Plum. Looking forward to your content. So much to learn. Had a makeshift garden hose irrigation (with holes drilled in). Now I'm switching to 'normal' irrigation. Using the spiral drip line you teach.

Sounds like your orchard will be wonderful! Fruit trees respond so well to thoughtful, hands-on care. Some people binge on my podcasts to get up to speed!

can asian pears be fermented, I wonder...

I have never tried it, but apparently you can. Just make sure they are fully ripe because the natural sugars will help the fermentation process.
