Build a bunker with a door so the humans can enter, then seal the door and see how much they can survive. Ideally test from weakest to strongest attacks, strongest being maybe a literal I-beam launcher or something (You’d be surprised how much an I-beam flying out of a conveyor belt cannon or otherwise could do), maybe also the meteor or other natural disasters. Ambient temp on for an extra challenge to provide enough insulation for them as well, preferably continuous physics so nothing lazily phases, basic human settings for sensitivity and other stuff, basically just build a bunker to withstand stuff, no nukes because they simply destroy everything regardless of protection, no black holes for obvious reasons.

Can’t, the nuke vaporizes anything in its radius, plus the shockwave will also kill beyond that. It ignores all barriers. Burns and destroys everything sums it up quite well.

You could survive the radiation one by covering the guy with bandages and the heart machine, and probably ironically with a radiation injection when brain damage kicks in. Though, you might need the bypass machine more for the air one, so maybe use the defibulator for the radiation one For the cold one, you should have put a heater inside the dome, so it'd heat up the inside instead of dissipating heat to the outside. if you wanted to do the heat pipe method, than reduce the maximum temperature of the heater.
on the whirlpool just spawning the disaster in does not count as a different strategy for surviving it, you survived the whirlpool by standing in the block and doing nothing which you already did for the volcano
