    Thank you so much for this video! ❤. I love how you blend lots of types of content together: science, self help, motivation… You are so inspiring and I admire your confidence at filming in public spaces!!!
    I currently work out 5 times a week with 4 home workouts and 1 running day and the 2 other days I stretch, except when I’m in my period and need rest, but I still try to stretch a little then. I never considered the breath being an important part of the workouts and will definitely try to incorporate that into my coming workouts!!

    I just clicked on this and I haven't even gone through the video and it already seems so helpful❤😆
    And this is very motivating I have atomic habits but it needs brains to read it so you do need time to read it and I am not getting the time, but I'll read it sooner
