Wish I could find someone that will come out and service this. I've been told if they didn't put in they will not service it. Has been a good product for 20 years but stopped on me 1 month ago and can't get ANYONE to service it.

So, if the elevator stops working at the first landing, you need to take the cab apart to get to the controller??? And the same with the selector?
