    Hey Matt! Can you do a video on the difference between Medical Doctors vs Techs being involved in the various stages of the Hair Transplant procedure? Someone brought it up the group, and seems like a very interesting discussion.

    It seems that I’m the only one that I know that’s perfected the craft of hair fiber. Better than a barber even. There are a few tricks to make it work. I have zero worry about wind or light rain. Just heavy rain would be bad. I’d love to collaborate with Matt to show my techniques sometime.

    If someone is patient enough to apply this stuff everyday and style their hair to build confidence for themselves then I say go ahead. That's a lot of time and having to wash it out everyday just to do the process over again in the morning not to mention the cost, but props to anyone who can make this a daily routine!

    If you keep your side hair as i call really short,1milimeter,than with fibers u can create much higher ikusion of density in mid area..im not an expert but it works for me..and i have difuse thining all over my head but still have hairs everywhere so fibers can blend..if u r completely bald on front,mid or back lart of head than fibers cant do the trick..fibers are perfect for those with difuse thining..but not forever i guess🥲

    • @maloxi1472
      @maloxi1472 ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you on medical therapy (for example finasteride/dutasteride + minoxidil (+tretinoin) + microneedling).
      If "yes", did you start your protocol before the HT or after ?
      If "no" why not ?

    • @alexxxmmm1
      @alexxxmmm1 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@maloxi1472 I just realized my hair is definitely way better than in the video. I am approaching month 7 after hair transplant and it should improve within next couple months. I have never used fin or minoxidil. I am very hesitant to commit to a lifelong medicine. HT in turkey is very affordable. I paid under 2k for 4500 fue.

    • @maloxi1472
      @maloxi1472 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alexxxmmm1 Regardless of HT affordability, here are two facts I'd like you to consider:
      1- You have a limited donor supply (even including your beard and chest hair)
      2- The process that led to your initial hair loss (assuming it's AGA) is still ongoing and will keep miniaturizing your native hair (especially in the recipient area)
      Can you see where I'm going with this ?

    • @alexxxmmm1
      @alexxxmmm1 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@maloxi1472 Absolutely what you are saying is correct, but i am mid 30’s and was N4/5, there aren’t many native hair in the front section. I never cared that much about hair. Someone in early 20’s might feel different. I am open to do a second transplant for density if needed. If what I have now gets 30% thicker in the next couple months I will be happy with my results.

    Matt, have you coloured your hair? They look very dark

    • @letsgethair
      @letsgethair  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My guess would be that oral minoxidil darkened the pigment of my hair. It is know for doing it on the scalp and body hair.
