Well done! I always wondered if this could be done . I was “told” the entire floor was different, as the later cars got a donut spare wheel vs a standard wheel in the early cars . It looks like only one side is different. Well done keep the videos coming

I did this exact conversion on my 90. I had to cut the entire boot floor out of my 94 parts car and welded it in to fit the larger tank.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one, definitely the easiest solution 👍
