Cool....I wonder how the heck it got down there......There is some odd stuff laying out on the river. I found a big iron pick axe back like a year ago pretty close to that
@@rockscousteau - Maybe it fell off a barge, but then how would it make it to the shore. I don't know. Somebody working in a field on a tractor? Who knows. Lots of scenarios.
Our pleasure! This was just an OK spot.....wish the bottles were older.....but it may be good for a few marbles in the future. Looks about the right age for a few nice ones. I doubt those bottles are worth much...maybe like 4 or 5 dollars a piece. But they are kind of cool for free. This just proves anyone can do this...all I did was par my truck...walk 50 yards down a road to the river....and found all this stuff in 20 mins.

Ah they are just ok pretty much. Even those big Cinci Ohio bottles are only worth like $6 or $7.00 each. I am excited though a little because that is household trash....so there will be other stuff like marbles and toys to find. I may go back and look around for the main concentrations of it.
Hello 👋 from New York you found some amazing Bottles my favorite definitely was the ZANOL Bottle and the Drug Store measurements Bottle Thank you for bringing me along with you I can't wait to see what you find next 😀 😊
The metal you found around 6:00 are snowbirds. They were screwed to the roof to keep a huge pile of snow from sliding off. Somebody may have already said that. I didn't read all the comments..
Wonder how the heck that got there on the river? That is an odd find......you can see how anything heavy just lays on the base clay with that.......that fell out of the bank...and probably laid right there for the last 10 years.
@@rockscousteau I will surely watch it, I don’t watch much tele anymore, I’d rather watch you and Mike the scavenger lol, y’all are much more entertaining .
Must have been a lot of dumping along the river there years ago. That hammer is a chipping hammer for welding. The spiral rings helps keep it cooler where you hold it and it is used to knock any frag off of the weld.
That place is really not worth doing much on.....I am sure there are arrowheads there.....but there is not enough fire rock for me to investigate it. I can tell by how much fire rock there is.......
Schenley is 15 mins from me. That’s an older brewery, but I remember an 18 wheeler wreck, right by my house. That poor driver passed. People were going after that whiskey…..no state liquor seal yet! I have friends who have unopened, full bottles.
Very cool video Rocks really hope ya take us back to the metal hoard on the beach dude that might make a unreal payday plus most old stuff is ornate as heck !! the undercut tree though man....most favorite place to camp out or hang out on the river they are hard to find on the kanawha like that, caves and root ball trees like that are always magnets to me lol keepm in order up there until the next adventure.and thnx for the bb trick ima try that .✌️@ltr
I might guess Rocks, that there has been a few families dump there on top of the bank in the past. Would be a good place though to keep looking in the future. Good Times!
Yea I think there are just little dumps all along that entire shore....like for a mile. I think up on the top level there are little pockets of bottles and trash all along it.
I went to a town dump today and got on nice marbles pretty fast. I found some nice old military toys too. A little military boat that is perfect. I will get on a video by tomorrow
