TH-cam has a relevancy level that it uses to determine if you actually go to your subscribed channels, so it'll only show a certain amount of stuff on your front page. And also subs don't always watch every video.

Hey Robbaz, don't feel pressured to put up a specific fps. If you can run it at a point, just record and upload at that. If it's only 30 you can get with a game, go ahead and do it. I know I don't care if it's 30 or 60, I know how much more strenuous and how much more space 60 takes up compared to 30. Do as you please :)
