raw eggs (raw eggwhites) and pasteurized egg whites (from a carton) are not the same. pasteurization is a process of heating up the egg whites to a temperature of around 115-135 °F (depending on manufacturer) that is sufficient enough to kill salmonella and most other bacteria. there is not really research on this to my knowledge but the bioavailability should be higher than 50% given it was indeed heated + whey is dairy and certain ppl dont react good to dairy so eggprotein is a good substitute for that.
You can add fats or carbs to egg whites and that will increase increase bioavailability substantially, dose dependent. Egg whites are mainly not that bioavailable because they lack fats/carbs
How about u just during the day you eat different sources of protein? Do you need worry about being dificient on biotin if you do drink the egg whites in the morning and them your dinner or lunch has cooked eggs with some meat or fish? No this is just fears of someone trying to sell protein whey, pls dont be dumb. U dont have to worry about being deficient on stuff if you dont eat the same 1 thing for the day, which nobody does anyway
It is cheaper though, at 0.06 C per gram of protein rather than the 0.08 C for Whey Isolate Protein, however considering bioavailability, the main point to focus on you are absolutely right and i don't know why i wrote this comment
Delete the video lol, its pasteurised its not raw. Dumb misinformation, how do you make a video about something without being informed about the product ur discussing lol. A lotta smart talk for nothing
Eggs don’t have 100% bioavailability, it’s 90% when it’s cooked. Simple solution don’t drink egg whites , cook ur egg whites and you’ll be able to absorb a lot more of the protein… it’s a lot more pleasurable too.
Bioavailability of protein powder is not 100% lol. Bioavailability is a horrible argument for foods because nutrition facts boosts labels all the time.
I am a gym goer on a budget. When I cut, I still buy whole eggs and use a seperator. It works great and is still cheaper than buying liquid egg whites. I like to cheat by using one whole egg with the whites and scrambling for some flavor.
Are the muscles really worth it when you're considering chugging egg whites off the shelf? Lmao just drink a protein shake or eat a chicken breast with some beans! Why torture yourself?
Dude I literally watched this video the other day and thought “I hope someone duets this and clowns this guy.” Thank you Justin for providing justice to the world. 🫡
Finally someone is talking about this exact topic 😅
Look up videos of the Hiroshima atomic blast.. you'll get a mini version of that on your toilet if you drink a carton of raw egg whites.
This is not true. I drink them everyday and have no problems
I read that while I’m on the toilet 💀

this is good.
Does he know the bio availability of whey is basically half that of eggs? So you have to have twice as much whey to get the same results
did you watch the video lmfaooo?

butter. ketchup
easy
what i do everyday for breakfast along with pb2 and yogurt
Do I actually need to mix them or can i just eat them together
is'nt raw and pasturized a completely different thing though?
that case study was done with 5 people… lol
Some of us don't digest whey protein well at all
Just eat whole eggs lol
They smell like semen raw
30% of people are cholesterol hyper responders
So wise ❤
I stopped listening to fitness influencers, with oily hair, some time ago
Egg whites from a carton in my whey protein shake everyday. Now what?

Egg whites in that carton are ultra pasteurized, not the same as raw. Do your research

Bro egg protent has a biodisponibility of 100/100, just milk has the same lv
You need the yolk

OR mix your egg whites with a scoop of whey to get adequate enough BCAAs to get all the protein
not 100g of protein if u dont cook it genius. only 50. so what is it. 0 prep, or 100g of protein? not both.
NEED A GREAT LAXATIVE...DRINK LIQUID EGG WHITE BRUH..

What do you do with the yolks usually? I would feel sad about wasting all those yummy egg yolks.
@jameswilkes451 I toss em. If its less expensive then buying a carton of egg whites, no reason to feel remorse. Strictly business
@@dandastardly2792just eat the yolks it's not gonna kill you
just eat regular eggs
Lactose bruv
chicken tuna ground beef pea protein pork chops cooked eggs soy protein all can be super tasty or you can have disgusting egg whites
Are the muscles really worth it when you're considering chugging egg whites off the shelf?

I tried the egg whites thing as it was awful so many ways that are way more enjoyable so I will never do it again
you should drink raw egg yolks
I did that for years with no issue
Just get chicken

Bro just cook your eggs
FR
Riding that Hormozi hype 🚀
LoL
Yea and whey has a 17% bioavailability opposed to an egg being 50%
Guy reviewing is weak what he know about gains
I would disagree after seeing the amount of studies saying about 80% of protein powders are contaminated.
Contaminated with what?
My nut. Sorry, NNN was a bit rough @@waded2678
