Thanks!
Thank you so much for the super thanks!
I am just so happy for you, Mike. May your new home be blessed with love, peace, prosperity, and a new dog. Brad and I can't wait to see who your new dog companion will be!
Plenty of wildlife to talk to and holler at, or talk to a different tree every day. Looks like a bit of paradise to me brother!
anytime you pay cash for land that makes it 100 times better and imo paradise..hes got a nice plot
A dog is just what you need !!! Looking forward to your plan......
Hi Mike , I'm happy for you. I can feel your happiness. A dog, oh good! See you next time, your friend, Louise
I love that we get to watch all this positive momentum as you develop your homestead. Self Sustainability and a like-minded community of people to help each other, is such an important topic today and a goal everyone should be considering.
Goodmorning.....a lot of work ahead,i will be watching....good luck
That's an awesome view you have there.
Good for you. One step at a time.
Nice work and set up.
❤Oh my goodness love that property, talk about Dimond in the ruff, I could live in under that beautiful tree,.
Thanks
If you don't have a dog or your plan to get one ask camper van Kevin. He uses those iPod tracker things. The word on their collars and he can find them by looking at his phone if they travel faster than they should. Also there's something called waggle which again is something that you attached to your dog's collar and it too tells you where it's at it'll also tell you how hot it is inside the RV if I'm not mistaken it has a lot of information parrot to get more information Carolyn RV life. That's one of her sponsors. Okay friend I hope that helps in some way.😊
Looks so peaceful & nice! Happy for you! GOD is GOOD🙏✝️
@@user-kf2qf9om9l Amen! He sure is!
😊😊 can’t wait to see what you do to the new place 😊😊 it looks amazing
It's going to be fun seeing you get your new property
Good luck brother.
This is gonna be fun!🤸♂
Awesome❤ Happy for you.
nice
🐶 Possibly a long kennel run so coyotes can’t access fur baby. Consider digging down a bit to secure wire sides for added pup protection. 🐾
You may want to wait and see how water flows on your property during the rain. Looking good though!
If you laid blocks on sides it would aid in stability
Great plan! Step by step. The scriptures say, line upon line, precept upon precept. Blessings
Hi mike, block are only strong web opening up, they are very weak standing up or laid flat on solid side. Hope this helps
Going to take a while but you will have it the way you want it
Get 2 pit/boxers or all pit. They're the most lovable, loyal, protective babies we've ever had! We have two Iovable females.
Awesome plans good luck .everything we be ok and beautiful when are done
🦉 Absolutely luv your land plot with all the green shrubs affording privacy, shady relaxing spots, just the overall feel of solitude amongst wildlife yet closer to modern conveniences as needed. 👏
Your water spot should be on the highest part of your property. SALUD.
You might want to check with the water delivery company. To see if they can get their truck to the site of your totes. Truck drivers can be really picky. I know if they get stuck one time, they will never come back.
Awesome Mike !Praise the lord , what a blessing that you found what you want. And yep a puppy will be a good addition. I know u mentioned something about a Corso, not sure about that breed, but whatever works for you.
God bless
It's actually a great dog breed! Drools a bit, but don't we all? Thanks for watching!
👍👍👍
Your new property looks great.😊
Congratulations on finding your little slice of heaven. I’m dubious about propping up the massive water tank on four little legs. Good luck, have fun!
Oh my gosh the but crack story cracked me up. What a mood changer. LOL😆🤣😂Aww when you move in that jackrabbit will be kicking out of his home range. And it really will move out when you get a dog.
Your new home is going to be Awesome! Congratulations! Cement right now is extremely expensive unless you find the right person!
That really looks like a great property and with all those trees they should create a nice wind break when it becomes breezy again. 👍
Beautiful place
They were after that jack rabbit. When they get louder almost excitied, its because they are on a trail. You will learn what the yaps mean. Very interesting. We have 2 different packs. One on each side of us. Then a third by the neighbors. ❤😊
😊
Beautiful land, can't wait to see you over there and especially can't wait to eventually see the puppy!!! Fenced in area for the baby sounds like a good idea with the Coyotes. I have them in my area as well they are not afraid of humans. Be safe , and high fence! It's gonna be awesome ❤ so happy for you!
Enjoyed this video. Your new land is beautiful. How far is it from your old homestead? 30 minutes?
Congrats Mike, so happy you've got your own slice of heaven you e been searching for. You're still a madman for living in a hot Oasis like Arizona
My Arizona property averages 14 degrees cooler than my home outside Albuquerque. It is all about elevation. Places like Flagstaff are even cooler. Arizona is more than Phoenix.
Thanks 👍
Mike, each to their own, but please think about an adoption from a rescue centre, we have two Jack Russell's we had one as a pup the next one was being kept in cage so we rescued him, both loving members of our family 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Quite the Developer
Excited for you!
Have a question...do you ever have any trouble with mice or critters getting into your RV...since it's always parked...and if so how do you keep them at bay from making a home inside or chewing the wires...hey maybe you can get some camo netting or tarps to cover the RV from being seen from the road...maybe it will also provide some shade for ya ....as well...
I have 3 5 gallon bucket traps around the RV. Works great! Mice everywhere around here!
I really do like the new property. So many pretty places. I heard those coyotes! Watch out,
Mr. Jack Rabbit.
Is the old land with the shed going to be for sale because I would be interested?
Probably this fall.
You're killing it, brother. Have you ever seen how they dry pour cement? it looks pretty cool and no mixing.
Oh goodness lots of work glad you are still young😂🎉 have a blessed day 🙏 just remember when it rains some things will sink a little if very heavy 😊
So your daydreaming of pretty girls ended in a nightmare LOL that was funny. Well mark me off a camp spot buddy- I'll be in Arizona this winter. hey you can name your land Coyote Corner or Coyote Haller 😁🤣
Great video
Bring on step 3 ✌️
Are you going to team up Nomadic Fanatic to host the RTR next year
Good stuff
Tires will dry rot way faster on cement versus the ground. Just saying..
No, not true. But I appreciate the comment. :-)
What did you do with your black tank at your land?
The price of driving to town , And the price of the pavers, And the price to just go ahead and put a slab down, because now You've already spent about 200 bucks and Still don't have a slab, And for about double that you could do your slab yourself,
Weight capacity of my Pilot, and the amount of cement bags I'd need. And the amount of trips I'd have to take to get enough. Wouldn't add up to $400. Believe me. :-)
@@LivingFree You're right, at U-Haul you can rent a trailer or either a truck, I just know that in the past it's cost me more in the long run not doing what I wanted to do in the 1st place, Is your land, your the one that's got to put in all the back bone to get the jobs done, Do it at your pace as you can do it, also I think the wait was worth it, your land looks great, With a little observation deck you can probably see for miles, Also if you can put a trail cam up so you can show us some of the animals that's in the area and how close they get to you,
Mike, please work quickly in these unsettled time to get yourself situated.
I put a tote on five pallets...gravity.
I can't remember the last time I saw a Jackrabbit ?? dammmn
Open side up on cinder blocks if you don't want them to break. Also, I know from experience you delete any comments that aren't stroking your ego or praising your land choice so we'll see how long this one lasts.
You're wrong. Which I've explained how the comments work several times. Take care.
Those coyotes may have seen the size of that rabbit!😁 an said: Woooooo!🐺👍
Coyotes won't mess with a big dog, unless the dog is dumb enough to chase a coyote back to its pack. Pitbulls are the only big dogs I know of, who are that dumb
lol, that rabbit has long legs.
Will you buy a Geo packer like tator? Or will you buy a 3/4 ton blosssum hawler? Hahaha great video Mike nice place you found. Wheeeeeeew!
😂😂😂
Hey Mike, good luck with those slabs. I did not have much luck with them. I ended up using thicker pieces of wood. If these break on you, you might want to consider using wood.
Good to know!
they will break, ive used or tried to use some pavers..I ended up using 4 inch solid blocks but they break easy as well.treated pieces of 2x material would last him forever.
Mike, Mike, don’t tempt fate by playing with coyotes.
They're tempting fate by playing with me! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
🙂👍⚘️⚘️⚘️
You had said you were going to build or bring in a tiny house, have you planned where it will set it.
You going to build a shade cover for RV ?
PLEASE wait for the Puppy until you have your entire camp put up and functional. Puppies require your time, training...yes I know you know but this is not the right time to get a little being that requires your attention. 2nd...DONT FORGET PLACEMENT OF RV: North is the coldest, south being the hottest , West being midday to late afternoon in the summer HOTTTT...EAST GIVES YOU EARLY MONRNING LIGHT AND HOTTEST AFTER COOL SHADE. THIS IS WHERE PEOPLE PUT THEIR PATIO FACING EAST , PUPPY YARD WOULD BE EAST...PLAN ACCORDINGLY. YES, I K NOW ,YOU KNEW THIS ALREADY BUT just in case that in your excitement you over looked it.....
Reminders always help! Thanks friend.
No more land hunting. You have the spot!
Enjoy watching your videos.
If you just put in 1 hour a day in 1 year a LOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT of work could be done. Ponder.
Now Imagine if it was 2 hours .
Hi Mike. So glad you are happy! I love watching your videos!
Thanks so much
Those Coyotes were probably discussing how to make a meal out of you.
jackrabbits taste like chicken,,,
Yep, one thing at a time. Nice to have some wildlife. Going to definitely need a lil fenced area with the coyotes. The property looks really nice. 🙂👍
Are you sure that wasn't your neighbors singing karaoke.
It's beautiful there. I did hear the coyotes. They probably got the huge rabbit 🐰 lol
Please be careful make sure you have a written statement that they agreed to whatever your expectations is. The reason why I say this you don't have land insurance home insurance whatever that is. If somebody gets hurt they can sue you for everything you've got. So use a little wisdom about that. Just like my friend she had a paper and you could swim in her pool but you had to sign that paper she would not be held accountable or liable for any injuries or death. that's just a simple as it is , you will have peace of mind that your friends won't go all crazy on you I guess that's what you would call. I'm very happy and excited I'm not desert person. The heat is not for me nor rattlesnakes cuz I can't discern a snake from a stick. So I'm leaving virtually through the people watch which is not that many you would think it would be that many but it's not that many. But I'm proud of you and I'm proud of campervan Kevin and I'm proud of Eric, Carolyn caravan whichever.
I am so excited for you Mike! 👍🏼🙂 Have a great Sunday!
Great Video Mike Thank You. Love it when your plan comes together.
don't think it's a good idea with packs of coyotes running around to have a dog. THEY WILL EAT IT
that was pretty HOTTTT about the butt crack !!
Jack rabbit diddler
Mike. Please don't put your water on those blocks! They are not stable and with a stiff breeze your tote will fall over.. You need to really bury those blocks and concrete them into the ground.
Ive had my tote up on the same blocks, the same way for 2 years now. With very fast winds and dust devils going through. It hasn't moved. :-)
Looking Good. It will be great when you get a 4x4 truck.
How many acres did you get?
I hope the wild coyotes find a new area to hunt by the time you get a pup. It might take firing off a couple of shots to let them know you are claiming that area as yours as the TOP DOG ! Thanks for sharing .
Coyotes howl like that when they've caught their prey. I hope that jack rabbit wasn't their feast 😬
Just offer water bowls. Theyll get to know you.
At least thats what ive done. Cool
😎
They are snacking on that rabbit you scared out.
thats allot of money you have to have
Definitely need a dog or two where you are at. And at least one big one. The coyotes will want to make a meal out of them
If you aren't cool enough for Mike, you can stay @RidgeValleyRanch 😊
Hey man! Hope you're doing well! A "Ranch" is a property used for raising horses, beef cattle, or sheep. Are you doing that by chance just curious? Or is that just a new thing where folks are calling their property a ranch?
@@LivingFree Yes, typically ranch means livestock of some kind. I do intend to put in a corral for those who travel with their horses, mules, donkeys, etc. I would also like a donkey or something for myself. Maybe in my case it will be ranch dressing :) Happy to see you so happy! BTW, leaving town now, headed out there with my TT in tow...
