Thank you so much!! I’ve had a Jazz II for 4 years and my new Allegro should be here in a few days. I’ve never used a touch screen sewing machine and your tutorial has helped me so much without even having the machine to go through it with you and not having a manual. Thanks again!
Nicole - I just opened my early Christmas present to my self, and am SO thrilled that I found your videos. What a tremendous help you have been!! I am looking forward to many future adventures with my new Allegro!.
So helpful!! I just picked up my new Allegro last Friday and got it set up but haven’t had a chance to play much. I will definitely be referring back to this but also took notes 😂. I subscribed so I look forward to more videos. Would love to see one on using the alphabet!
Can you nudge the needle left or right when on 001 straight stitch? I want to do a scant quarter inch. Is there a recommended seam guide? Thank you for these videos. I’m loving my Allegro!
@@janetstephens7063 In case anyone still needs the info, switch to 002 and then use the stitch width settings to move the needle to the right. I've found 4.0 is a perfect quarter inch and 4.5 is scant.
I'm looking at purchasing a machine so I'm gathering as much information as I can beforehand. Wondering if you can make the machine start at the beginning of a sequence. As you described, you can have a sequence of, say 4 designs repeat, but if you're starting on another piece and you want to start with design 1, is that doable? Hope that makes sense. Thanks for your help!
I would love it if you could tell me how to fix my LCD screen!!! I got mine back in Oct but my hubby got it for me as a gift and wouldnt let me open it til Dec. so when i finally opened it and started trying to use it all it did was create nesting on the bobbin side so I couldnt even use it so i had to send it back. They ended up replacing the bobbin case.. so I got it back and used it for less than a week when all of a sudden it started doing it again but i was able to figure out how to fix that part the bobbin case was jumping over the spring some how .. But then all of a sudden I went to change my stitch pattern and couldnt because my lcd screen is locked up and will only sew on the number 1 straight stitch! i can change the length of the stitches but thats it.. none of the other features will work all it does is beep. they did a video call and couldnt figure it out either so here i sit with a brand new EXPENSE machine that i cant even use . And Sewing Parts Online wont send me a new machine ! I cant even tell you how angry and frustrated I am right now!! And the video chat was this past Thursday and I have gotten anything from them , no email, call nothing since!! all I have gotten is crickets.. All I want them to do is replace this machine I think there is something seriously wrong with is .. Im so frustrated as to what to do. Sorry to vent I was hoping your video had an answer.. I havent found anyone yet that has had the same issue..
I found this in the comments. I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure if it works. In case anyone still needs the info, switch to 002 and then use the stitch width settings to move the needle to the right. I've found 4.0 is a perfect quarter inch and 4.5 is scant.
@@Reneasewitseams I'm currently away from my machine but I will check and try to troubleshoot that for you. Which decorative stitch were you trying to modify?
@@fullbloomfibers the swivels line one. I think #107 but not sure. I want to make it bigger so I can use it as a quilting stitch. Thank you for your help. I’ve only had my machine for about two weeks

Good question! I would like to know this also.
I want to know as well

Have you completed the video for the memory section of the LCD screen?
Would like to know as well
Can the size of the letters be changed?

Loosen the plate. Quilter’s Attic did a video on stitch not changing.
All I wanna know is how to move the needle to the left or right

@@michellecarr5096. Thank you so much. I have been hunting for this info for so long.
Is there a way to make your decorative stitches a different size?
You can adjust the stitch size by changing the length and width once your stitch is selected
@@fullbloomfibers I tried changing the stitch length when I picked the design. It will not change. Am I doing something wrong?

I do not believe decorative stitch length or width can change. Only straight stitch can be adjusted.
My panel didn't seem to work today. I was trying to get #50. ? problem
How do I check stitch count on my allegro?
The machine beeped at me when I was trying to use the panel.
