Where are you getting the budget to build it up and get it so filled with decorations. I've got this location on three different characters and have only ever built inside the structure on the large rectangle long enclosure and I have to struggle with the budget to get that one space to look immersive. What is your secret?

Private Custom World with the highest settings for radius and budget was how this was built! It would be nice if this could be achieved in Adventure but that’s something Bethesda needs to figure out!
