I work in Rehab, and I've told patients at times that if they refuse to do the work, they are only hurting themselves. not me. I go home at the end of the work day. That may seem harsh, but I've only said that to people who have great potential, but are just being too lazy to achieve it. They are there to work, and be as independent as possible, not screw off. I tell them, this is a Hosp. not the Marriott. I so agree with what this guy is saying, if your going to participate in something, then give it your all, otherwise, just stay or go home.
Man, my wrestling coach always got us with the OVERTIME after the drills/workout we were doing. And then our captain without any hesitation was 2 more after that. We were one of the best conditioned teams in the state even though we didn’t have the best talent. I miss those days.

Here's one for you JB, do the 20.1, but add a .25 mile run @ 6.5 mph on the treadmill before each ground to overhead...you'll really be paying the man... by round 8! I was hurtin'...but still paid the man! Thanks for all of your videos, they rock!!

today for my metcon i went 3 rounds 5 ground to over the shoulder 150# sandbag 20 T2B 500m ski killer on the midline also you should follow the 3rd Ranger Battalion on insta, they post a lotta good and tough memorial workouts, you should do a vid of those

My pre workout? I pay the man. Rather get a DNF than half repping the wod, better to adress the movements and weight you have a hard time with over pretending you do not.
