The cover is upside down! 😩 2:37 turn the cover so the finished part is at the top. The camera gimbal fits within that part. The do-it-all handle pokes out the bottom, and is resilient enough to be carried around that way without worry.

Good honest video review. I prefer reviews such as yours who are not being paid to do such thing but rather sharing your on-field experience using it. Nice job.
Let's gooo..... Found your channel when I was looking at pocket 2 reviews/unboxing and stayed since for the content. Loved the review and I agree with all the pros + about how annoying the tripod adapter thingy that goes on bottom, holy shit does it not come out.... Still the stabilization and video quality + app - at the price it's at, definitely makes it worth buyin. Waiting for your outdoor or bicycle vlogs with it good luck!
The extension rod is a really good accessory to buy, it really helps for self video, and as a short selfie stick as well. Although it's going to be larger.
your videos are so nice and the detail is amazing. thank you for the review. i was thinking about it back in the day, but the gopro was much more affordable, still looking at dji for any good offers for christmas.
aww thank you!! honestly the gopro's are also so incredibly cool and the quality of it is great! hopefully, there are some good black friday deals / offers on cameras so you can get the one you want :))
To master your lighting, learn the exposure triangle, which at first appears more difficult than it is in reality. Second, watch videos by Joel Grimes. He’s a master of lighting. He has an amazing explanation of the inverse square law, which also sounds more complicated than it is, but you could learn basic lighting in an afternoon. It will take a little practice to get better at, but we’re always wanting to improve anyway.
Wait whaaat??? That sounds so frustrating! Did you reach out to DJI support about it? Maybe they can help resolve the issue for you or get you a refund?
Nice video. I have a Pocket 2 and don't have problems with overheating, but I film in 1080/30. Then there are less/ data to write to the sd-card and less heat and better battery life. And the files are smaller. You should try shooting one video in 1080/30 and see if you can see a difference. I don't think your viewers cares, they are there for your content.😃
Hello, I watched your Osmo Pocket 2 video, it is very nice. Do you think it will be purchased in 2024? Do you think Osmo Pocket 3 is very expensive, so I am thinking of buying Pocket 2, I would be very happy if you reply.
@@kubrak7782 hii! I think a lot of people will still buy the Osmo Pocket 2 just because it’s a lot cheaper. Personally I think the Osmo Pocket 3 is expensive, but maybe it’s worth it? I’ve seen a little of people use it and I’m kinda jealous of the bigger screen that they have. But the Osmo Pocket 2 is still great and I think you’ll like it too ☺️
@@yalinebloemen First of all, thank you for your reply. I will buy the Osmo Pocet 2 since it fits my budget. It would be fine even if it does not have a big screen. I want to shoot make-up videos and vlogs, so I was doing research and came across your video. I'm glad it came out, thank you again.✨♥️
1. I bought the Pocket 2 last week and I noticed the heat right a way. If I saw your video earlier than I wouldn't buy it. 2. Whoever design the cover, I think they lost their measuring device. 3. the screen is toooooooooo small. and I am sure you need a phone to view anything. My recommendation is just get a gimbal and use your phone. I was dreamed about this, but it's waste of money. I hope the quality is good. Thanks for your honest review
Great review! I am looking into getting one for my runs, but was on the fence. This has helped!

i swear i'm gonna throw the tripod mount in the trash because i literally refuse to use it

Great review and pretty much spot on with my experience and opinion. I just bought my Pocket 2 a couple weeks ago as well.
Put the cam in "battery" mode, that will solve youre overheating problem. nice review

For battery life, since you can film while charging, could use power tripod/monopod
Great idea! I'll try it next time, hopefully it doesn't overheat 🫡
Great video!!

Pocket 2 is still an excellant camera,
Mine overheated on first time use and key plastic melted camera finished

Hi. Does the do it all attachment make the camera too big for the protection cover they give you?
@@hopper333 yeah, it does! It’s kinda annoying, but i’ve already gotten used to it
Cool. Thanks.
still use the DJI pocket 2 until now since its pretty discreet. i use it during my walk tours here in PH
