Really like the no cost draw and giants on Warlock. I agree it was one of the easier classes.
"The Warlock Hero card is a really bad zoo card." - Krip... where have you been the last two metas? You jam that card in to any deck with at least two demons, it's a great zoo card.
Yeah, it's a great finisher in basically any deck. The hero power is even a serious burst threat from zoo, kinda like how hunter can run out of steam but still end you they can just ping the last few turns away after you take the board in the late game. Arguably one of the strongest cards ever printed honestly.
Easily one of the strongest, agreed. Priest and Mage Hero cards are also insanely strong, but Priest is only so strong because of its' combo potential, and Mage is only strong in value focal match ups. The Warlock one is good in any situation, which is what makes it, in my opinion, the most powerful card we've seen to date.
...Well, maybe on par with the bullshit Druid 10 drop spell. I'm honestly not sure which of those is more crazy.
i do pick frostlich in every dungeon run i get it offered, she's basically your get out of jail card against Gutmook and the lesser bosses that are designed to counter mage: Kraxx and elder Jari.
Dex master guide: give belly rubbies
The spell power artifact, the +1/+1 one and 6 imp-losions was how i got it done. 4 mana 14/14 and deal 7 damage feelsgoodman.
this is way too specific tho xD, it's like the time i picked 6 evolve and 6 lotus illusionist with khadgar's orb and bag of coins in shamman, didn't even get unstable evolution until the very end, but i was able to spam 8 drops.
How to beat dungeon run as warlock
Step 1 get permanent stealth
step 2 get mal'ganis
step 3 profit
Step 4 - Togwaggle plays Wand of Disintegration.
Step 5 - Throw your computer out the window.
Togwaggle will go further than you think to protect the sanctity of the candle.
Scepter of Summoning with the big demons packages. Warlock was the easiest of the 9 classes for me to complete.
7 mal'ganis with recruit mechanics, easy wins.
First class I attempted Dungeon Run with, and I finished it super easy with Scepter of Summoning. Tried again with Mal'Ganis + Stealth, drew awfully, had Mal'Ganis die to board clears, lost the run.
6 Mal'ganis, invis, 2 bloodreaver, I beat the darkness easy mode.
Impossible for me. Only left uncompleted is Warlock and Paladin. Warrior was similar. Other classes completed on first run. Druid on the third.
C'thun with boots of haste made it extreely easy. i just fi0ll my hand with c thun minions, play the boots and magic happens
kripp in case you didnt notice: when you have lethal ai acts randomly since he is lost. they no longer make senseble play if they no way to distrub your lethal
I just hope they bring a brawl soon where both players play as a random (or specific) dungeon boss. could be fun I think
knowing blizzard they'll prolly put it into class specifics and alow players to choose the charge pirate, plz noc harge pirate, also they'll enrf skull of man'ari cube adnd dark apct because they break their precious charge.

Warlock was probably the most fun class. The deck I won with had 4x HP, Molten Giants and the Mask that changes your hand-minions into copies of a minion. So you play a Molten Giant at some point and get like 5-8 more, all on 0. That carried me through the first 7 bosses.
The last boss (Vustrasz) I actually picked the Rod of Roasting (cast Fireballs until someone dies). Being on 200 HP, I just yolo'd it. Turn 7 Cho'Gall Rod, survived with 70hp.

I made It with a reno deck, with 40 Life and 2 bloodreavers. Nothing like 3 mal'ganises. I milled the boss by trading and being inmortal. (I believe it was the darkness?). So much fuckin' fun. It seemed I was the boss there.
OOM- 32 I’ve run into the darkness 5 times while working toward completing the dungeon run with all classes. I always went for the milling strategy and it always worked. It seems to be like an easy boss to control.
I beat it with renounce warlock...

I get +1/+1 for paladin with silver hand recruit style deck. Hundrends of them.

and then vulstrasz came...
How is he a problem? You just build a board weapon up to kill his minions and ignore chests and he'll never be an issue. Just did that with a dude swarm pally deck that didn't even get the flag.
Man, I wish the AI was this shitty for me when I do dungeon runs
I just an hour ago managed to get through the dungeon with all classes, hardest by far was mage, second hardest was rogue and the rest were all done in less than 5 tries, druid and pally were 1 shots, priest and warrior second try.
I did Rogue and warlock first try, the rest i've been unable to complete with 7-8 tries each, you must have had an ungodly amount of luck, though I did as well with Rogue, 8 jade swarmers, 7 Jade Shuriken and 5 Aya blackpaw, with deathrattle bonus
Mage does exceptionally well when you're able to take strong minions. If you're offered "5 and above cost 5", take it, giants are an incredibly valuable path for mage to take to constantly have pressure on the bosses.
funny, both my mage runs roflstomped and had perfect runs and both were just decks i picked at a whim, mage is the only class ive done perfect runs back to back with
I wouldnt say i was lucky, there were runs with luck so bad even Kripp wouldnt believe it.
For example, 1 of my Shaman runs, against the darkness, at 1 point i had + 3/3 on ALL of my minions, 2 bags of coins and 2 extra turns in my hand, no minions anywhere.
i was sitting on 50 mana basically with nothing i could do with it, i lost 1 turn after the boss ran out of cards in his deck, i never drew ANY card draw, so basically i was in top deck mode from start to finish.
In a rogue run i had double battle cry AND deathrattle with 5 aya's in my deck, but i lost because i didnt draw any of them, all i got was cards like prep, backstab and sap.
Rogue: 7 Aya
I got captured flag twice and the quest with ALOT of discard synergy... best run ever :3
Played druid first try, took double battlecry and picked jades. Was ez. Darkness first try too, and im playing just a month.
When i got "Minions +1/+1" as my first passive i had to try zoo. and it absolutely demolished everything. fucking implosion was so good :D got my first warlock clear with my nice little demon swarm
Or you can get Bloodbloom+Wish and win on turn 2... OR 1 if u have the extra mana crystal passive
I won with a scepter of summoning and 8 molten giants and 4 mountain giants hahahahaha in every match i had at least 3 giants on turn 3, azari was so easy

Hate that final boss. Last run it got rid of Antonidas, 2 Malygos, 3 Arcane giants, and every spell over 2 mana in my deck. Turns out mana worms, spell damage minions, and flamewankers aren't great without spells.
I won my first ever dungeon run as a warlock and it was zoo lock. My last boss was xol and won by stealing her completed quest using the steal cards from your opponents hand card
i took spell power and captured flag. having an imposlsion do 7 damage and fill my board with 2/2 is something that happened more than once on that run.
Azari is the weakest boss in my experience. I've lost a ton against the other bosses, but I can't recall ever losing to Azari. Whenever I beat Azari, it feels like a hollow victory.
Thomas Reasoner it is RNG I played a lot of Dungeons and I've never beaten Azari yet I've never lost to the darkness which from what I hear people struggle with
I tend to build pretty grindy decks when Azari can absolutely destroy, especially if you get a bit unlucky on the discards. Agree that The Darkness is much easier to beat on average since you can fatigue him with basically any deck that can control the 5/5s. The whole format is extremely random though so there's not much point in trying to figure out the absolute "strongest" or "weakest" opponents, wild shit can happen in either direction.
azari kills himself more often than not for me. Same feeling. Wrathguard doesn't work too well wit AI
Advo - There are 3 keys to Azari:
1 RNG (surprise, right?) - You have couple OP cards, but you discard ~60% of your deck, so you need luck to get the right cards. Also his deck...
2 His deck - is pretty toothless, unless he cheats 3/9. If you are lucky and he never gets one or even pays full mana for them, he is not scary at all. If all else fails, there is also Wrathguards he likes to kill himself with.
3 Draw - imagine his heropower as such - at the start of the game, you discard 2/3 of your deck, do nothing the rest of the game. This means for the first ~12 turns, he has no heropower and that is how long you get to win. For the mean time, your cards have new effect - whenever you draw, there is 2/3 chance you instead create one of the cards you discarded. This makes card draw is insanely powerful, unless you are out of luck and don't survive the tempo loss of drawing cards.
This means you can either win on tempo (unless he lucks on 3/9s), or on late game if you can draw lot of your deck to then play it during fatigue. Mulliganning into either pressure or value/draw seems to work best.
That first point can be really painful too. I went into him the other day with four 5-mana 80 damage C'thuns in my deck and he ate every single one of them. Sometimes you're just going to lose.
how to win with warlock? step 1: get the "wish" treasure. step 2: get blood bloom. step 3: win games on turn 3
I think the class I had the most trouble with was mage. I lost to A.F. Kay twice and then lost to that guy who plays Call of the Wild and has that hero power that reduces cost of cards in his hand.
*Why AI didn't take DoomGuard theory:*
DoomGuard was spawned from VoidCaller deathrattle, and because of that, he was invisible for AI (Was not spawned from hand)

Kripps master guide, have your friend at blizzard set the AI difficulty to paste eater.
im unsure if you arnt supposed to damage Tad or not cuz i still got his pole after him getting damaged. i just waited out all the minions and the chest still appeared

just pick high cost minions, and passives: Minions that cost 5 or more cost 5, and draw extra 2 cards at the start of the game,
finished it with paladin 3 times this way

I managed to get cloak of invos with scepter and 3 malganis... U see how that could be good. Needless to say col just sat there and croed at her incapability to deal damage.

Captured flag, then basically the warlock meta deck right now without cube... I went on to fight Azari who is the easiest final boss in my opinion
Please make a guide for shaman next, no matter what I always seem to get no synergistic picks. The class suffers from too many archetypes and too many situational cards. Help me kripp BibleThump
stealth to all minions + immunity minion... that's how i got my win :)

I think the dungeon run is a piece of cake, first run ever with Shaman i beat the hell out of it, but then, with the rest of classes, no so much... just like the Lichking.

I found that warrior was the easiest. I used alot of weapons with the double health and milled the darkness.

Warlock IS one of the easier classes. I just cant beat Warrior. No matter how good my deck is or how well I play. Just cant do it. Never get enough removal or I end up playing against Azari and dont get my combo cards I need. :FeelsBadMan:
I went 8/9 in my first try at the dungeon run only to get obliterated by Kraxx on my last run(Paladin)

the AI couldn't kill the 5/4 Doomguard because Kill Command would've only done 3 damage since the AI didnt have a beast on the field. Instead it chose to eliminate the next best thing in an attempt to get damage off the field in any way possible, which was your 1/1.
AI could've used his hero power to copy the doomguard and then attack it.
Yeah, you misunderstand what he was saying. Even if it wanted to kill the 1/1 instead of the doomguard it's still better to copy since that leaves you with a 5/3 on the board and a kill command in your hand for exactly the same amount of mana. That the game even got to that point was even sillier though.

The kill command wouldn't have killed the doomguard...he had no beast to give it 5 dmg instead of 3... The doomguard had 4 health...............
