    Thanks for staying honest and not hyping your friend's products like a certain petty individual.

      Just trying to bring objective magic reviews to help people make informed decisions on these products. My advice is to stay away from magic promoters/advertisement reviews. You can tell because they often thank the large magic company that is providing the magic to them for free.

    Once again, your review is top-notch. It hit exactly the details I wanted to know in order to make an informed decision to purchase this product.

      Thanks Thom! It works good for me because I am always getting messages from the nursing staff on my phone at work so my phone is always out and in use.

    Love it David. And I love mine, too. Buy now I have to ask, because youe bill trick is great, and a perfect marriage with this, what's your index of choice if you're willing to share?

      Nathan - I will send you an email. It's a customized item I use that I don't want to share out in the open here.

    This would be nice for a close up version of Staniforth Lottery Ticket. Love retentions.

    Enjoyed the review. I like the look of the wallet. I haven't dabbled with indexes yet, but appreciate the effects that are possible including the one you performed. I think I would lean toward the wallet alternatives that you suggested.
    A bit of an off-topic question... do you have any concerns putting credit cards in the wallet if it is held by a magnet? Perhaps with the chip based credit cards, the magnetic strip is no longer something we have to worry about corrupting.

      No issues so far! My understanding is that you can't carry a hotel key card or those promotional store cards that have magnetic strips but bank and credit cards are supposed to be safe.

    Great review David, and I like the retention aspect of the item. I’ve got an older iPhone, so I’m wondering what size the wallet is? Thanks-Marty

    Hi David, great demo as usual. I have a query, I am searching for a great edc multiple out device and thought may be wallet is the best (searching in your channel for sometime didn't find any). so what would be the best multiple out wallet you suggest more like having more than 16outs and if you think something else is better than wallet for this utility (edc and MOs) please do suggest that as well. As always thanks for your time

    Hey David, just bought this thinking it might be a nice climax to Billet Chi (haven't got it in my hands yet). My idea: you pretend to put the first billet in The Mag instead of your pocket. And instead of getting the last billet from your pocket you get it from the Mag, where it has been in full view all the time. I think that's an upgrade. What do you think?

    • @UnbiasedMagicReviews
      @UnbiasedMagicReviews  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's a great idea. You would have to alter the handling of Billet Chi slightly so you can actually put a billet in the Mag Switch Wallet and immediately be able to show both hands completely empty. It definitely would make the whole effect look even more impossible!

    Do you think the dupe in the wallet could be something a little more flimsy, like crumbled up thermal paper? Or would it have to be something perfectly folded/stronger like playing card stock? I want to (potentially) use this to switch in a crumbled up paper ball

  • @hellomagicmike
    @hellomagicmike 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    does it have to use the full space of the square window? (Like, could I maybe put in there what looks like a flattened paper ball?)

    • @UnbiasedMagicReviews
      @UnbiasedMagicReviews  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That might work. But it works better if it has less friction

    Very informative and thorough review! Thanks! I've been looking at this one and the Showcase from Saturn Magic. Do you have any thoughts about the Showcase? Also, on a unrelated note, you had sent me a video of your idea for the Shadow Wallet. And I have no idea where I stored it in my phone... If you don't mind, I'm gonna send you a email about it. So I can put it in the correct file. Thanks for your honesty and transparency in your reviews! 👍🏼

      You will have to send me an email again. A lot of people have asked me for my Shadow Wallet Peek. Regarding your question - Showcase isn't a switching device. Showcase is just a case that allows you to produce a card in a visual way. I know many people who perform something similar without the need of the showcase and instead just hold the card behind the phone before the reveal. I would recommend you don't buy Showcase and instead pick up the Mag Switch Wallet if you are looking for a switching wallet.
