This will give you good hydration, energy and comfort to your digestive system. Whereas frequently drinking co2 coloured artificial drinks will ruin your system and also results in dehydration....

Bhaiya non stick coating utensils pe steel ki cutleries mat use karo. Teflon coating tear ho jata hai jisse cancer tak ho sakta hai daily cooking karne se. Non stick utensils me wooden spatula use karna chahiye. Google bhi kar sakte ho jin jin ko nhi pata. Please apne health ka khayal rakho.
