For those who don't know, Yugo said he is a man, he is a native Japanese man, and that he used to hate his voice. I believe he also said he used to get bullied too (maybe because of his voice idk).
We have precedent in Mashiro and Masaru whose normal voices sound incredibly feminine despite both being firmly cis-male. The only difference is Yugo's very masculine character design. What nobody has found out yet is if Yugo is also relatively young like those two and if that's the case he may one day sound like Vox. Or Sugita-san.
