I have problem that my pelvis always goes down when i enter next round, i strain my whole body with a high pelvis level, but when i jump to the next one i unconciously lower it. I don't know, maybe it is because of lack of core strength 🤔, if i am right, please can you tell me some exercises
it's normal at first, it will take some time to perfect the form and make the hips higher. Keep trying to push it up, but also focus a lot on the exercises I show in the video :) I also recommend you to practice the swipe position with 1 foot and 1 hand on the floor, hips as high as possible and holding the position for more than 10 seconds for different sets :)
@@KaioFalcrow 2:05 is the swipe I usually see in the tutorials that I watch but... 4:25 I call those big swipes and u taught me how to do those. They are much bigger than I'm used to and they're cool

it's 5 swipes to complete the rotation is how its supposed to be done. foot lands on 12 oclock swipe foot lands on 9 oclock swipe foot lands on 6, then on 3 then on 12 if your going counter clockwise..

Learn at least 5 or more rounds with the hips low, then just keep practicing and it will get better and higher :)

Hi I don't know how to do a complete turn using 2 swipes. Instead i do 4 swipes to complete a full rotation.... Ho do I fix it?

Make sure to master a very good, fast and dynamic 2 step and 1 step as well first :)
