@@jemmerx They're being facetious, but tbh not by a whole lot. PSN is only available in 70 out of 195 (officially recognized) countries. To contrast that, Steam, the Epic Game Store, and even Nintendo Online are available in 180+ countries. Sony shouldn't ever require PSN for PC ports when their stupid service is really only available to select contries.
That’s the problem with corporate PR. They try to micromanage image to avoid controversy, but that also let’s them ignore bad decisions until customers break off entirely.
Why would any offline single player game ever require! an online account of any type. This bull crap of forcing people to create, merge accounts for no actual reason, while pretending it's necessary is getting more and more annoying. Make a product, sell it to me if I like it and than leave me alone. I don't want to have anything more to do with you.
We could go back to all these games being locked behind a console exclusive platform. People are upset over a simple PSN account they'll likely never use past one or two games.
Ah yes, Sony wants less risk. That’s why their primary strategy is to crap out more live service turds into a toilet that’s already overflowing with them. I love having everything in my life controlled by shareholders, the world’s stupidest group of people.
They don't understand the medium they are paid to sell, and make it worse trying to reclaim losses. They make a shid product to serve as a digital trading card vendor, and question why people wont play, when there's barely any game to be played, it's mostly digital pogs and a barebones engine. We need storyboards and gameplay testers more involved in the devolopment and we need to keep marketing and in game purchases at bay until the base game is actually engaging in a non repetitive way, and has an immersive story that supports the gameplay, they're making a roof without a house to go on and scratching their heads at sony and xbox. A basic story and cookie cutter gameplay loop only goes so far, we need to allow innovation and focus on enjoyment over marketing because the first one will lead into the other, not vice versa like the shareholders are trying to do.
You're literally not making any sense. Wouldn't you be saying this to MS? Sony has barely messed around in the Online Only space outside of a few series like Everquest/Socom and one-offs like MAG/Warhawks. The irony is that Nintendo has more so explored Online only games opposed to Sony when it comes down to consoles.
@@SlavTigerWhat audience? Sony like Nintendo has a primarily console audience, which MS is in that same position as well. Yes Steam is primarily PC games but the bread and butter games are on consoles.
Every platform gets hacked and such especially with the age of technology we're in. Heck it was reported here around the Helldivers 2 Steam Queen uproar that Steam got hacked as in customer information.
Yes Ghost of Tsushima only requires PSN for multiplayer, but they have still blocked the sale of the game in the 170 countries that cannot access PSN. After the atrocious way they treated the Helldivers 2 PC players, and the tripling down on GoW Ragnarok, I'm done with them. They aren't so great I'll miss anything that comes out in the future. same here. Not only because PSN has its own issues (SNOY has a lot of issues), but because PSN is literally unavailable (officially) in my country. It's almost as if they want me to raise the black flag
As soon as I saw that God of War required a psn account, I was like "Sony apparently didn't learn their lesson" and new there was going to be outrage again.
I mean, if the lesson was that they're still gonna make a ton of money like they did with Ghost of Tsushima which was also limited to only 80 or so countries then yeah.
Sony auto moderation is pure, unmitigated cancer. I honestly don't want anything to do with any of their online services. Do tell. If when MS does this then it's no issue, which MS still does from time-to-time. It's an issue now with Playstation especially when half the AAA and AA games on Steam require an outside launcher.
Ig it depends on how you see it. One can look at it and say, "They did indeed learn their lesson. They learned to require it and screw over the PSN Inaccessible countries on day one."
I'm genuinely baffled how they think this is a good decision for shareholders, restricting revenue has got to be a no brainer when some games under SONY worked fine before this PSN mandate...
They have to ascribe a value to those memberships that make it worthwhile in the long run; the data, the control, hooking the people into their ecosystem...
my quality 2 cents on psn ACCOUNT: its fine to a certain degree because you earn trophies 2) it shouldnt be not allowed in certain countries 3) There should be a way to connect ur pc xbox account or something to give you maintainedownership & control. I personally feel Sony failed to execute it & repair it well. If i saw what these companies are doing even as a share holder im leaving.
My issue with the PSN account requirement is not only that it is unnecessary for singleplayer games, but also because the Helldivers 2 situation made me realize just how many people don't get the OPTION to play games with this requirement, and I believe everyone should be able to play the games they want to regardless of where they are.
This is why i dont have netflix or spotify but rely entirely on local content or and torrent it im not being beholden to some company about what and where i can enjoy my content.
Bro, they don’t have psn in those countries for a reason. They stated as much like 10 years ago when they first decided to pull psn out. Wish people weren’t so fucking lazy. In a nutshell, Sonys servers suck ass and always have. And the countries that were bad have such bad internet it makes their server issues worse.
Astro bot kinda makes me sad cause it’s just reminding me of how PlayStation used to have such a great library of games. Something for everyone and not just content to leave it to just 2-3 big shot hitters sucking all the oxygen from the room. And now here we are. A lot of holding patterns, all those older IP’s locked away in the cellar not seeing much use. The end of the road we started to see with the ps4.
I play my PS3 more than my PS5. Thinking of dropping 600 dollars on a frankenstein fat PS3 to play all my old PS2 games. Sony would rather lock all their classic games behind a subscription service than let you use your old discs laying around. That's what happens when you have no competition. Same for Nintendo and their classics. But they dare strike down any rom sites.

@@threefiveseventhese DVDs will expire soon (PS2). You're probably better off just emulating at this point because original disks will soon fade. Some of my PSX games no longer read from oeiginal disks. Generally speaking writable disks have much longer lifespan (I mean CD, DVD and BD you can burn yourself) than those destined for consumption. Most have 10-20 year lifespan depending on storage conditions and external factorsmay be shorter or longer. Disks for burning yourself are sold as storage and had lifespan of 20 to 50 years. Long story short, while it may sound like a great idea, the OG PS3 that can play PS2 will soon become a very expensive paperweight. Cardridges with flash memory hold out much better (ancient NES ones are expected to live 40). Emulation and maintaining your games archive is much more reliable + you're getting the benefits of improved performance.
Another thing that does not help Sony’s image is how censor-happy they’ve become over the years, particularly towards games with an anime aesthetic. The fact that Nintendo has taken the opposite path and generally become more lenient still baffles me.
@@krspaceT1Nintendo is a very, very strange company that does whatever the hell they want. They’re always a hardware generation late, extremely hostile against e-sports and fan projects, they have isolated themselves from PC and other consoles, but are also connected and willing to grow alongside their audience. Nintendo knows the majority of their paying customer base is not parents of children, but the children who grew up and are now parents. They still offer flagship games for kids, but recognize they need to offer games for the kids who grew up. I think Nintendo’s strength is that they have a lifelong relationship with their customers. They’ve got a very parent-like authoritarian look on things, but we aren’t just rabid consumers for a shareholder to milk for big numbers.

If their games get heavily pirated there is a big chance that they stop porting games over, that would be a shame. ...I'd say they should have realized that PC players get angry if disturbed via the Epic Store, but game companies are bad at looking at anything but market leaders.
There's a little more to it I think.. You see playstation could before release their consoles cheap and good but not so much anymore. I bet China has a finger in this among a lot of other things. Such as graphic cards are now so damn hot that you need proper cooling. Fans, water cooling and the whole shebang. It's not so easy to build a compact cheap gaming console anymore. Also the difference between a 2070 Super and 3080ti.. In my opinion isn't that huge.. I had both and fuck do I regret buying 3080ti. There is an issue there as well.. are they gonna put the 3080 crazy cards in that little box? As now we have even better cards?
They piss on themselves more because they spend hundreds of millions to make one of these trash games only for it to fail and not meet their expectations. Look at rainbow six extraction lol
Do tell especially when Phil Spencer and Gabe are greedy gamer execs. Overall there is no difference between a gamer or non-gamer exec unlike who is a gamer or non-gamer on TH-cam. At the same time the Internet is always pissed off and to run a business the company has to be greedy to literally run the lights.
They're just pissing on themselves. We are not sheep and they are realizing this, and it is just pissing them off. Then they do nothing to improve their prices aka not charging 70+ dollars. Closing popular games that have proven to earn money, why billionaire shouldn't be making games, they have no clue what they're doing, just money on their mind.
The annoying thing about the PSN account requirement is that even after (or because of) the Helldivers situation, they will not list games in the unsupported countries, PSN required or not. So I can't even buy Ghost of Tsushima, or GOW no matter if they remove the requirement, they're just completely delisted from steam.
The popular games are the game I don't like to play... multiplayer, PvP, and mobile. 98% of what I play is singleplayer "offline". As much as I like some game series, none are worth buying a console for anymore.
Lol it's funny how these AAA studios and publishers think they can just jump on the wagon of other studios on popular genre's like Battle Royale and Arena Shooters but they always fail because they don't have gameplay in mind when designing or developing these games.

3:20 It's a little more than unnecessary. I don't want Sony to have my data so that they can sell it all off to the next hundred data brokers - which is exactly what they do with the user information. They even say so in the PSN ToS in section 6.1.: "You hereby authorize us to use, distribute, copy, display, and publish your User Information, without payment to you." Distribute and publish. That's just other words for selling. For you - as a person linving in the UK - it is even more serious. In the UK and Ireland PSN accounts require a photo ID or face scan. Are you really ok with Sony selling THAT type of information? Seriously?
Yup, that requirement of photo ID is the big thing that means I’m not going to get a PSN account. I cannot picture a circumstance that requires Sony to have level of ID from me.
the PSN required games are still region blocked in the 180 countries. it's now 4 games. don't buy sony stuff until they ACTUALLY fix that. their word counts nothing.
Why would I not buy them if my country, and probably yours, is supported by PSN? I'd love to hear the reasoning behind that, totally wouldn't be an incoherent social media warrior narrative spiced with some hypocrisy.
There's enough fantastic game choice on PC where you don't have to put up with these anti-consumer practices. Don't buy a single-player game that forces you to login online with an account you don't want that does nothing but harvest your data.
After watching this video, it just kinda makes me resent casual gamers even more. These are cold hard numbers and facts that can't be argued against. All this bullshit we get caught up in, is because of of the annual CoD, Fortnite, FIFA, etc players that simply don't give a shit about stuff that doesn't look like a mainstream $100-300mil budget game. Even something like Baldur's Gate 3 only got a lot of attention from first timers because of the production values. If it looks like a usual Larian Studio game, that doesn't happen. If Elden Ring isn't open world, there's no way it sells like that cuz DS3 took 5 years to sell 10mil copies; Bloodborne and Sekiro are stuck at around 5+ million.
@@krspaceT1 I get that. That's why I don't really get angry at any of these controversial decisions these companies make. However, these choices are primarily done because of the casual market. I bought a Playstation for Stellar Blade. And I will be returning the console during the grace period, because they decided to do the Sony Censorship dance all over the game.

I was really looking forward to Overwatch 2's single player campaign. But my interest died when they released the game without a campaign, said it would come out later, only to then be told that they can't keep their promises. So it's no wonder that after this statement, hardly anyone was interested in the small mission packages. I mean, why should we care, if they don't? We wanted a great story game where the characters could shine, not some lazy missions. As for Sony - a lot of people are also just fed up with their censorship policies and the hypocrisy on display. So they turn to PCs and modding.
I didn't buy a PS5 specifically because of how they didn't handle the scalping at the launch. And now we see how they expect their customers to interact with their services. Trust is all gone. NEVER PRE ORDER.
A big problem with these massive gaming corporations is the fact that they simply do not understand gamers and what they want. They instead hire CEOs that have no experience with games and/or no passion for the industry. They just hire people that will make shareholders happy.

Sorry if this is addressed later in the video, but while looking at the (12%) drop on Full Game spending, my first thought is that my gut feels like the total number of first party games is DRAMATICALLY lower than previous generations (I may be way off, just what it seems). Without the likes of Infamous, regular Uncharted drops, Resistance, Days Gone etc., it just "feels" like there are a smaller number of tent poles, so there are fewer PS-specific games to buy. Constant re-releases of TLOU, Tsushima, God of War, and Horizon are the only games that stand out to me as reasons to buy full games on PS. Could be way off here, but it seems like this is a trend in "AAA" gaming overall. Big spend on fewer tent pole franchises. The drop is an effect of their business decisions moreso than audience preferred spending.

I desperately hope Sony's PSN requirements do not screw over us seeing PS games on GOG. It's been good seeing them be DRM free so far, even if that means the Ghosts of Tsushima MP is removed for just the GOG client.
I wonder if we in the European Union have a way to block PSN somehow, since companies have to gather as little data as possible, which would make PSN useless. Steam publishes afterall a anonymous list on PC hardware of PC users already, Sony gets basically nothing except mau‘s, which would be a overstep on data. Atleast it feels like it.
@JNJNRobin1337 Something like that. I honestly find launchers for PC as of today absolutely ridiculous. There's too much, and you need quite a few accounts depending on the game you want to play, and if it's on Steam or not. Personally, I'd prefer one account for all games on one storefront for PC. Nothing more. But that's wishful thinking on my part, that I admit.
@@OneRandomVictory I hope there's backwards compatibility between the Switch and Nintendo's new console, otherwise buying anything on Switch is kinda a waste.
Sony is getting all the telemetry they wanted. A lot of us don't want to login to PS to play PC games and we are not buying(some only care about the immediate as well sadly). That isn't even all the money they are leaving on the floor because of the countries that can't even buy or play them. Of course PS quit caring about overall profit a long time ago(not just talking PC) or they wouldn't keep making bad business decisions. They wouldn't have to keep closing studios and firing people from others if things were really that good. Something to also keep in mind is those PS5 numbers are not adjusted for inflation which is even more important than normal given what is going on and they also don't account for certain boosts because of various things around the pandemic(even given that the PS5 had issues to start with availability). Also the thing with Netflix is like with so much other media, they keep pushing out utter trash and calling them gems. They also need a subscription and with most having less money YT is mostly free. When it doesn't cost you it is a lot easier to just ignore the trash.

I recently sold my ps5 because I realized I had not turned it on in 6 months. Every Playstation game I wanted to play this generation is already out on pc.
In the same way that Ubisoft told us to "start feeling comfortable about not owning their games", to which we replied, "Then start feeling comfortable about us not buying your games, Ubisoft", Sony needs to start feeling comfortable about us not giving a damn about their upcoming first-party line-up.
I know this was focusing on the State of Play but I feel like you could've also brought up the amount of PlayStation exclusive censorship in games mainly developed in Asia (mostly Japan). With how Stellar Blade recently turned out, that probably caused an even worse reputation for them and raises more awareness about what happens when someone wants to develop games with fanservice on PlayStation. I mean, that's been a thing since mid-2010, but now that it happened with basically a second-party game with a lot of eyes on it, it probably caused more people to realize that it's a thing that Sony does.
Unfortunately whether we want to believe it or not, gen 7 is retro. The Xbox 360 will be 20 years old next year. It came out when I was 10. It'll be as old then as the _original NES_ was when the 360 came out. And by then, the SNES was already regarded as retro and the PS1/N64 would become that during that generation. It just doesn't _feel_ retro because 1. time moves much faster for us as adults and 2. games have not leaped as dramatically from gen to gen.
I'll definitely be passing on Ragnarok, I was already on the fence and heard mixed things but, requirering psn for a single player is ridiculous. And they still haven't let people buy helldivers 2 in the 171 countries that can't access psn, despite "no longer making psn a requirement" for that game. This generation feels like a flop outside of a few exceptions and indi games.
As someone who worked in retail Microsoft are the ones who stopped sending much merch to the stores because of the shift to make game pass the spearhead and then that in turn led to retailers reducing the stock of Microsoft and more stock of other consoles.
Yeah Helldivers has taught quite a few PC players not to trust Sony. I don’t think there’s going to be the same growth for live service Sony titles on PC
Heya mate, just a heads up; Bungie changed creative direction on Marathon. It's no longer an extraction shooter, they've advised it's being retooled as a Hero arena game.
I actually never upgraded to the PS5 because of the availability. It was unavailable for so long I decided to instead upgrade my PC and have shifted to pretty much exclusively PC now. I'm missing out on some exclusives which sucks, but not being able to get the machine for them for so long made me kind of stop caring about it.
I'm starting to notice that businesses everywhere are getting more and more invasive. Trying to be more than they actually are, to leash you by any means necessary taking as much space in your life as they can, all the while controlling your consumption habits and milking you for everything you have, be it sunk cost fallacy, FOMO or preying on your gambling urges. Member cards here, accounts there. It's ridiculous how far they're willing to go. And it's very disturbing.
I know of the history within Bungie about Marathon, and I've listened to plenty of pundits talk about it, but I think this video was actually the first time I've seen its marketing materials. This isn't meant as a comment on their marketing strategy as I block ads VERY aggressively across my devices. I really just wanted to say those silkworm bots laying down some sci-fibres is a really cool idea that I don't think I've really come across in sci-fi before. That little bit more interested in the project now.
I was so stoked about the remaster of Until Dawn later this year now, played it on PS4 back then, on PC too, and wishlisted it. Then SONY doubled down on the PSN requirement for Steam/PC so I removed it from my wishlist. I don‘t know what SONY / PlayStation wants?
I was a PlayStation guy my whole life till this most recent generation. Switched to XBox and got a series X purely for the backwards compatibility. Didn’t care about the exclusives or lack there of it was purely because I wanted to play Oblivion, Fallout 3, and other similar games on console again. It seems PlayStations strategy has been to throw away games in favor of selling new ones. I own a PlayStation 2 for some of their older games. If they came out with a big catalogue of backwards compatibility games I might switch back. But I doubt it’ll happen.

If Sony wanted to pad PSN account numbers, they could simply make the PSN account optional with in game rewards as incentives. Alas Sony didn't want some accounts. They wanted all the accounts.
At this point if a game is live service (with the exceptions of WoW and V Rising, which I play with my husband) it immediately goes on the watch someone play it on TH-cam rather than play it myself list. The announcement of Concord was poorly done. They had a game entry into a oversaturated hero shooter market, and put a narrative trailer to announce it. So when the audience saw 4 minutes of what looks to be a PVE Co-Op FPS, the 5v5 FPS statement just became a massive rug pull to the people still interested. This game appears heavily influenced by Overwatch, except Overwatch's announcement trailer made it obvious it was a PVP hero shooter. Live service games will continue to fail 0-3 years after launch because corpos don't understand that their potential customers don't have infinite time / money. Or the fallacy of thinking they can draw players away from their existing games. Why would you spend time and money on a new live service game that could go under within a year or two, when you already have one you spent years worth of cash and time into? Very few people are able to just step away from their old games that they're so attached to, emotionally or financially.
Well, they certainly are earning their fairly recently acquired spot on my ignore list. Not buying from Sony if I can help it. The dumb part is it's entirely avoidable. The execs just want to pad their short-term numbers so they can get a bonus.
Sony, missreading computer gamers since 2003 where they mismanaged Star Wars Galaxies so bad with a single update that it killed the game while players and community managers begged them to not go ahead with the changes that made a very unique versatile gameplay to a bland WoW like character progression.
It would take ALOT of heavy lifting for me to see Astro Bot as anything more that Sony trying to replace the representation of what Sackboy was supposed to fill, so if this successfully takes off they'll have no qualms about closing MediaMolecule.
Top down vs bottom up development. Corporations want the biggest projects and always end up having to compromise their way down. Indie side are smaller targeted projects that give themselves room to grow. Helldivers somehow managed to be both. Sony requiring a PSN account has made it real easy to skip all their PC releases for me, which is unfortunate since I was looking forward to Ghosts of Tsushima.
I remember how i kept wondering why Sony launched the PS5 when they did because the PS4 had so much life in it even back then. I know there was people who kept asking for "nextgen" back then & a few games like Cyberpunk did push the limits/requirement for everyone but still. The whole thing felt rushed.
Looking at the market, Live services games seem to me to have hit market saturation... meaning the only way to break in is to do something radically new, or to displace an existing one.
After Sony's twatery of the last few months i pretty much looked at the few sony games i had on my steam wishlist .. i think it was mainly GOW ragnarok & Ghost of Tsushima and i was just like 'i don't need this'. They have made me not want to buy anything associated with Sony.
I'm reminded of a recent Steam stat viewing I did where half of all Steam users are still running Windows 10. Maybe these new releases... really aren't worth the effort.

My issue with the PSN account requirement is not only that it is unnecessary for singleplayer games, but also because the Helldivers 2 situation made me realize just how many people don't get the OPTION to play games with this requirement, and I believe everyone should be able to play the games they want to regardless of where they are.

Like nintnedo, Sony needs to just start making games again so there is a reason to own their console.
Why would Nintendo be dropping a bunch of new games right now when their next console is just around the corner?
@@OneRandomVictory sort of talking the last few years. They should have been having a big release every year or so at least.
@@OneRandomVictory I hope there's backwards compatibility between the Switch and Nintendo's new console, otherwise buying anything on Switch is kinda a waste.
Last year had stuff like Tears, Mario Wonder, and Pikmin 4. They had games.
@@OneRandomVictory Because they have a history of doing so
Sony is getting all the telemetry they wanted.
12:09 "downloads" mean nothing in this chart as we KNOW there counting patches & "gated content" that MUST be purchased. They're dyeing, you cant force PC players to sign up, were free here & have the freedom to just get a game else ware with out Monthly privacy breaches.
5:04 I AM SICK OF THE 5V5 FORMAT!!!
@soundrouge4472 Then play Killing Floor 2.
We'll wait for the port and for the port to be on sale.
Sony can't even properly do something as simple as an internal interview. Should you trust them with anything else?
I have a PSN account already...but I'm not going to use it to play a game on PC.
its crazy to see all these hero shooters popping up since overwatch shit the bed
But I doubt it’ll happen.
watching this 5 months after it was posted and I didnt realize that until you started giving Concorde a hopeful chance. I was like, "hold up.." checks date. lol
Haven't regretted that decision yet and it's been years now. Currently playing TOTK on my switch, and Elden on my steam deck and just got a RG35XX H to work on setting up and a Miyoo Mini v4 to mod. I'm done with big, connect it to your tv, console gaming, I'm all in on handheld and computer gaming.
Please for the love of god stop giving corpos the benefit of the doubt. When does a pattern of mere thoughtlessness become malicious incompetence? They don't deserve any grace or lenience for their tone-deaf shit anymore.
Bring Helldivers back to the 180+ countries!
It's easy to say what you want but if you should really add a solution to it. I want this because that doesn't work and if you do it this way or that way I think it would be better..
Now.. If you can add a working solution, surely I think people would listen?
@@dongarippo7279 Did you reply to the wrong comment? Because the solution is pretty simple. Stop forcing PSN down PC players throat, bring back the 180+ countries, there's no valid technical reason not to do it.
@@Derzull2468 Unfortunately there is, many countries that aren't supported absolutely hate psn. As soon as psn becomes a possible connection those countries throw fits.
And sense psn wants people to connect to their accounts, they have to choose. Either have psn be a requirement and benefit them more, or dont, at a much more of a loss.
Only when the whole world is in the same shoes on opinions with publishers, is when we get our golden world. But asking the whole world to be on the same pace is impossible.
@@Beexz They were able to buy the game through Steam and play just fine. Those countries were banned because Sony wants to inflate it's PSN numbers artificially by forcing an account again down the line. There's no technical reason to have banned those countries but I'm repeating myself.
@@Derzull2468 Brother I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm Agreeing with you.
I whole heartedly agree that there is no technical reason to ban access.
But we can not just ignore the fact many of the banned countries disagrees with PSN. At the end of the day, people who never plays games or understands are in control. Everywhere. And all we can do is voice our disagreement loudly.
Geoff should unironically wear a Doritos Pope cosplay when he has actual big game announcements
The PS5 was short printed, is prohibitively expensive, and HAS NO GAMES. The Sony execs cannot possibly be surprised that sony gamers are still on PS4
Executives and shareholders often exist in other realities than our own.
The problem is even Ghost of Tsushima can be played without login a PSN account, you cant play a game if you cant buy the fucking game. Ghost of Tsushima is not available or unlisted in Steam in counties and Regions that dont have PSN. Stupid move Sony.
its also possible people in a cost of living crisis cant afford to upgrade since that £300 to £400 doesnt exist or is now spent on energy bills and food inflation
And the poor execution just makes people think it's an Overwatch clone.
Not to mention the characters all look so generic, or just cringy.
It is so bad that ain't a clone. If OverWatch had a case of diarrhea then that diarrhea is what would be as close to what is being made a clone of
Astrobot was the star of the show, no cap. That free game for the PS5 sold me on Astrobot as a title to look out for after I missed out on the PSVR exclusive.
I don't think concord will even surpass marvel rivals it comes out THIS AUGUST idoudt the game is launch ready and on top of that as soon as it's on PC with psn requirments it's a NO GO review bombed into oblivion
The gameplay could be good ( I doubt it, it just looks like scuffed OW to me), but the characters all look so flat, boring, and cringe.
@jamesroy Don't forget, there's Dustborn coming out next month.
@@kendonl.taylor5111 forgot about that game just saw a gameplay Trailer looks really rough
I can wait. Plenty comes out on PC Day One
Sony won the console war and yet still managed to lose. (slow clap)👏
A classic style mascot platformer is more desirable by gamers than the latest whizbang hero squad shooter. Go figure!
After Sony's twatery of the last few months i pretty much looked at the few sony games i had on my steam wishlist .. i think it was mainly GOW ragnarok & Ghost of Tsushima and i was just like 'i don't need this'. They have made me not want to buy anything associated with Sony.
GoT may not need a psn login but it is still unavailable in all other countries that has no psn. So is Helldivers 2.
Sony really hates money I guess.
I'm reminded of a recent Steam stat viewing I did where half of all Steam users are still running Windows 10. Maybe these new releases... really aren't worth the effort.
i have been turning to pc slowly since i saw the superiority of l4d on steam vs xbox 360 when i discovered pc gamers in 2009 i was once all 3 then quit xbox 360 then when strategy games were dying on playstation i went more to pc for total war
Concord looks like absolute trash and I refuse to believe anyone looks at it with genuine excitement
Every game i loved on the PS n came out on PC, i bought. Gonna put my pirate hat on for Ragnarök unless the account thing changes.
