How To Make A Cordless Angle Grinder Using PVC Pipe

Hi friends.
In this project I am making a Powerful cordless angle grinder machine.
I created a 12 volt cordless angle grinder almost a year ago and I still use now. The colour of this machine is damaged but the machine is fantastic

To make it We need only 400 rupees components.
In today's project we need components
1. 775 dc motor.
2. 10 lithium ion battery
3. Push switch
4. We have to use a 5 s BMS but I don't have it so i avoid this.
To make its cabinet I use U PVC pipes.
10 Inch of 40 mm
6 inches of 50 mm
1 feet of 75 mm
I collected all of these parts from local shops like hardware, electric and tv repairing shops.
Total cost is almost 800 rupees.
We also need a 21 v charger that costs 300 rupees.
But in online stores this are very expensive.

It's working good till now. I just add a High quality metal burst guard. Battery backup 15 to 20 mins only 😅.

6 lithium-ion. Battery ko Connection karke 12 Volt kiya hai ,or bms bhi lagaya hai usko 12 Volt 2A smps Adaptor se charge kar sakte hai kya ?

Ek 18650 battery full charge 4.2 volt pe hota hai. Ab 12 volt ka adaptor se almost 12 volt tak hi charge hoga . Lekin full charge 12.8 volt hai . Isiliye 0.8 volt kam charge hoga but safe hai koi risk nhi
