You beauty - I have been trying for a week to sort our scan to email - the trick with gmail to take out the domain name and put the whole email address in the smtp settings solved it. Thank you so much!!!! I can go home with my head held high - not defeated by our printer!
As an Admin form a different country then the printer location. It would be nice to also be able to test that it is working form the menu. Is this a thing you can do?
I keep trying stuff but it keeps on saying "error server connection" probably something stupid that I forgot or didn't do right but it's getting annoying

Thanks for the scanner walkthrough, I just setup scan to email on first try from my Exchange 2010 server to a new Konica Bizhub.
