Thank you for returning this to TH-cam. RagtimeDorianHenry used to have this in his collection. This was written in 1923, a novelty arrangement of 1918's Russian Rag. Interesting how this was one year after the start of the Soviet Union, and the original one was one year after the fall of the Russian Empire.
