Robin this sis such an endearing session. How you respectfully manage her youth and the language barrier, stay on track and get her to engage and take in the technical appreciation is both masterful and humble.
Cardio is king in lighter divisions due to low KO chance. Makes no sense to have poor cardio in those divisions, like conor gassing out in 8 minutes. However if you can take high cardio and strength to higher divisions you get a Cain, Jones or DC level of grinding which can be quite terrifying too
SWIFTzTrigger the difference is that conor has the ability to finish fights easily, so he dosent have to stress about having infinite cardio. cruz was the one who stated that he dosent know if conor's style is suited for long fights either considering his use of movements
Not a fan of robin breakdowns, but this is really good, fighters talking about technique and explaining it with an educated martial artist this way it's great, please do more of this!
