Song of Healing - Zelda: Majora's Mask║Reorchestration

A reorchestration of the Song of Healing from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. It was originally composed by Koji Kondo, and therefore all rights go to him and to Nintendo.
Hello everyone - I hope you've all been doing well and staying safe! In light of everything's that's been going on the past couple of months, I thought it would be fitting to cover this hauntingly beautiful piece from Majora's Mask. The Song of Healing has always been a personal favourite of mine - it was the very first song I ever taught myself how to play on the piano many, many years ago and just has that 'something' that has always stuck with me in ways I can't really describe. There's a sadness to it, definitely - a hint of melancholy and longing, yet remarkably... happy, and serene? In game, it's used to heal troubled spirits and souls and honestly I don't think any other piece of music could have represented this more perfectly.

This was simply gorgeous Matthew. 100% worth the 3 month wait. Simply put, this was by far the best version of this song I’ve ever heard, besides maybe Theophany. Every second of it was absolutely gorgeous, and does complete justice to the original. You are by far the most underrated musician on this platform. You’re the best remixer I’ve ever heard, again only second to Theophany. Keep up the incredible work dude, you’re going places.

This is amazing!! The ambiance and atmosphere is just incredible - reminds me a little bit of the Hollow Knight OST! Such a perfect song to cover right now and you did a fantastic job with it.

Thank you so very much pixel! ^_^ The Hollow Knight OST was definitely a big inspiration! Such a wonderful soundtrack with so many amazing pieces (a lot of which I'd love to cover one day). It was so much fun experimenting with all the different textures and trying to weave them together.
